Pros:

Very helpful staff, had a change of place for dinner which was all communicated well. Good location for getting the ferry to the islands.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, colazione buona anche se non c'era tantissima varietà, Francesca ha comunque egregiamente fatto gli onori di casa durante la colazione, simpaticissima! Nel complesso esperienza decisamente positiva!

Cons:

Unica pecca, un pochino troppo rumoroso, gli infissi non isolano molto dal rumore della strada e il ristorante al piano di sopra inevitabilmente crea qualche rumore in più del solito

Je n'y ai passé qu'une courte nuit mais les renseignements fournis et les facilités de booking ont rendu ce séjour facile.merci a la réceptionniste.

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable: spacious room and spacious communal areas, which had the vibe of walking through a family house. In the morning you could join the familiar table for breakfast, make your own coffee, and take items from fridge as you please: very natural vibe.
We slept in the aclofe room / basement which turned out to have its own entrance from the street and a cool concrete bath tube. It gave the stay at Taormina an extra touch!
The location is right at the pitoresque main square.

Cons:

The room “aclofe” has no scenic view: the windows looks at the alley. However, the design of the room is more inward looking which makes in feel like a hidden luxurious room in a basement style. I liked it much more than expected, but book something upstairs if you want views.

Pros:

Struttura carina e pulita, situata proprio di fronte gli imbarchi per le Eolie. La colazione varia e tutta con prodotti di prima qualità. Lo staff super cordiale e attento a qualunque esigenza. Consigliatissimo

Tappa obbligatoria a Milazzo, terrazza stupenda!
Pros:

Posizione dell'hotel fantastica, proprio di fronte all'imbarco per le isole Eolie. Struttura totalmente rinnovata, con bagni e climatizzatori nuovi ed efficienti. Cena e colazione in terrazza con vista stupenda, staff super cordiale e professionale. Ottima qualità dei prodotti servizi a colazione. Tappa obbligatoria a Milazzo!

Cons:

La porta della camera non chiudeva bene ed entrava luce lateralmente oltre a sentire i rumori provenienti dalle scale adiacenti. Il materasso era completamente inarcato al centro, scomodissimo, segnalato anche alla reception, hanno detto che provvederanno alla sostituzione.

Un soggiorno speciale al rientro dalle Eolie
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato qui al ritorno dalle Eolie ed è stata davvero l’ultima coccola prima di tornare al lavoro. Camera comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario, letto comodissimo e asciugamani morbidi. La colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per la splendida vista sul porto di Milazzo , raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, e per la varietà del buffet. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo anche potuto lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out, cosa che ci ha permesso di fare con calma un giro a Milazzo prima della partenza. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e torneremo sicuramente!
