Espetacular
Pros:

Já fiquei em vários hotéis, mas esse em especial me surpreendeu pela limpeza, sem contar a banheira de hidromassagem na área de lazer, incrível com água bem quente!

A limpeza e condições do hotel são excelentes. E a equipe é ótima. O café da manhã é farto e diversificado. Vale a pena a estada nesse hotel.

Cons:

Não é o local mais atrativo da cidade em termos turísticos, embora se situe de frente à rodoviária internacional de Foz do Iguaçu. Mas, do que cabe ao hotel oferecer, não há nada de que possa reclamar. Tudo perfeito.

Localização excelente, perto de todos os pontos de visitação. Limpeza e conforto dos quartos muito bons. A equipe é muito cordial e atenciosa.

Cons:

Não tem oferta de alimentação no hotel, somente café da manhã. Mas tudo se resolveu com serviço de entrega.

Café da manhã muito bom! Quarto super espaçoso! Chuveiro excelente!

Cons:

Apenas UM funcionário super seco com os hóspedes e especialmente com nós! Precisávamos em um dia pegar meia reserva apenas, estávamos conversando com a menina da recepção (muito querida por sinal) e ele chegou a se meter na conversa dizendo que não poderia, sendo que hotel nem estava cheio e nem tinham reservas! Depois ela muito querida conseguiu resolver e cobrou meia diária para ficarmos até meio da tarde, o que resolveu nosso problema! O restante dos funcionários uns amores.. quando chegamos ele estava lá também, e como faz diferença ter alguém emburrado no atendimento! Quando deixamos o hotel tinham outros dois, muito amados..
