Pros:

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Hanga Roa mit Dschungelatmosphäre. Sehr freundliches Personal, coole Rooftop-Bar mit Blick über die Dächer.

Agradable estancia en un entorno bellísimo.
Pros:

El desayuno, regular, básico, el café frío, igual ofrecen huevos y los preparan en el instante, muy positivo. Lo que más me gustó fue la belleza y cuidado de jardines, piscina, la vegetación hermosa, la piscina siempre muy limpia. Áreas comunes agradables y muy limpias. Importante que es posible llevar comida y utilizar mesas en terraza para comer.

Cons:

En la habitación, el aseo no era prolijo, enchufe en mal estado, luz del clóset casi inalcanzable por su altura, mesa-velador bellísima, pero completamente coja, parecía balancín, la chapa del baño no cerraba bien, falta lubricación a bisagras de puerta de habitación y baño. Un problema serio son los pasillos, muy pulcros y hermosos, pero con desniveles que para circular con maletas resulta incómodo e incluso al caminar pueden ser resbalosos.

La ubicación,excelente atención de todo el personal.

Cons:

Que la piscina no estuviera disponible en el día que estuvimos alojados,fue por eso prácticamente que lo reservamos ,además de ser un día de mucho calor.

STINK broken air com/old, dirty bathroom with coldwater small handheld shower. All furniture old/dirty. No comfort or convenience. Told by staff all rooms stank due to above. Told this owner Does Not Maintain His Rooms. Gardens maintained along this street, his too.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy cariñoso y atento con una disposición maravillosa, desayuno super rico y contundebre

Cons:

Habitación con mala iluminación, enchufes eléctricos sueltos, manillas de puertas en mal estado, desagüe ducha se tapaba a diario. Son detalles pero marcan la diferencia. El resto de las instalaciones del hotel todo muy bueno.

Pros:

la ambientación del hotel, su comodidad y los chicos que nos atendieron, excelente disposición.
hotel muy bien ubicado
En el segundo piso hay un restaurant bar, excelente, gastronomía excepcional, tragos maravillosos y excelente atención, lo recomiendo 100%.
Toda la experiencia en este hotel maravillosa, sin duda volvería al mismo lugar.

j’ai fait 13,800 km et je suis très heureux de ce déplacement !!!
Pros:

l’accueil le personnel de qualité supérieur ce sentir en sécurité dans un endroit Zen , sans connaître les hôtes c’est comme si on feraient partie de leurs familles , amis , amies , je recommande cette endroit !!! je suis propriétaire de chalets minganie et je sais de quoi je parle bon séjours à tous et bienvenues !!!

Très bien place, mais la chambre à tout faux, et le descriptif internet de l’hôtel est faux !
Pros:

RAS hormis la chambre (31) : piqûres d’insectes dans le petit lit, patère cassée, éclairage sur casse, ....

Location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathroom was not in good/working condition. Toilet did not flush properly. Asked for a different room, but that did not happened. Mold in and around shower, walls, corners and floor. Mold made room unsanitary and posed a health risk specially when you are traveling with a minor child. Beds are uncomfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was poor, deficient and low quality.
Responsible individual/person in charge, has little to no customer service skills, was confrontational and unwilling to resolve the issues presented through staff, unless it was on his terms. Play the game long enough to avoid responsibility. I really don't care about the money waisted at this place. I care that other people will go through the same bad experience or worse.

Agradable hotel con mucha naturaleza en su entorno
Pros:

El hotel tiene un hermoso jardín. La ubicación es excelente. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y comprensivos para atender mis requerimientos.

La habitación es básica, la limpieza del baño es regular.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho el hotel, la ubicación y la buena energía del personal. En general en la isla la gente es muy buena y amable por lo que es un lugar que dan ganas de volver.
La ubicación sumamente céntrica, a pasos de diversos restaurantes y lugares para ir a visitar.

Cons:

En general me gustó todo. Es un Hotel en una Isla y sabiendo eso esta todo sobre lo que uno esperaría.
