El desayuno muy bueno , variado y muy rico todo , la ubicación es excelente ya que es muy céntrico, además de que es muy bello el lugar , 10/10

Cons:

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la cañerias del baño, pero igual de todas formas tratamos de llevarlo bien.

El lugar ideal!
Pros:

El Hotel Manavai tiene unas dependencias con un bello entorno, las salas disponibles para la recepción, descanso y desayuno son cómodas, bien decoradas, además como áreas comunes cuentan con baños en muy buen estado.
El personal de recepción que es el mismo que entrega el servicio de desayuno o de orientación de los tour, excelente disposición y empatía, la Sra. del aseo en las habitaciones, muy amable, preocupada por nuestra satisfacción además de honrada, nunca perdimos nada, algunos días nos alcanzó la hora y no dejamos todo dispuesto para el aseo y ella aun así nos dejó todo en orden. Además la ubicación es privilegiada, cerca de todo.

Cons:

Creo que se puede mejorar la iluminación de las habitaciones. así como revisar la presión de agua de las duchas.

Ubicacion del hotel a una cuadra de Hanga Roa, el personal muy amable, resolvio nuestras todas las dudas. Benjamín y Familia un 7 . Desayuno con variedad de frutas de la isla. Hotel Maravilloso.

Pros:

Fijne kamers, uitstekend ontbijt, prima hotel! De kamers zijn aardig, maar de prachtige tuin met zwembad waar ze aan liggen was uitzonderlijk.

Non ho potuto soggiornare perché ho prenotato su booking ma al mio arrivo mi hanno detto che c'è spesso questo errore di booking che non avevano posto le stanze erano complete per cui occhio fatevi mandare una conferma scritta tramite email perché la ricevuta di booking non è veritiera

Me gustó las instalaciones, muy lindo el hotel, la ubicación, la limpieza y la atención. Benjamin y Pamela muy amables y resuelven todas tus dudas.

Podrían mejorar la acústica de las habitaciones, se escuchaba mucho a los demás huéspedes. El desayuno podría tener más opciones dulces.
