Wanted to stay somewhere nice, this was the wrong choice. Their "best" was pathetic. Dont stay here.

The breakfast was consistent.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful from the lazy beginning online, to an arrogant reception at the end. They just want your money. They even charged me 45$ for towels that they said were ruined, but provided no proof. The gym was unusable, and the WiFi was atrocious. Dirty. Really a scummy place.

Pros:

Loved the gardens - Manavai are the small stone gardens built to protect crops from the wind on Rapa Nui and provide a microclimate favourable for growth... And this place is a true oasis!

Cons:

Having to dodge rain showers on the way to breakfast (covered walkways but still a bit slippery!)

Ubicacion y el jardin, el personal muy amable

Cons:

Primero al llegar no nos fueron a buscar previo acuerdo, segundo los tours acordados al llegar nos dijeron que no habia cupo para fecha reservada, se entiende que hay humedad en el lugar, pero falta mantencion y todos los dias luego de limpieza en el lavamanos aparecian algo parecido a huevos de termita o algo asi

Volvería a ir a ese mismo hotel!
Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente y acogedora; te dan datos y recomendaciones para qué hacer y qué contratar en la isla.
Los jardines son hermosos, muy tropicales, de colores, plantas grandes, todo bien cuidado. Ubicación ideal!

Cons:

Extrañé en el desayuno que no hubieran huevos y yoghurt sin lactosa; tienen instalaciones como para activar una zona de bar o de té para media tarde, quizás lo hacen en temporada alta

Maravillosa estancia.
Pros:

Es un Hotel Hermoso y muy tranquilo. El Entorno de las habitaciones,el hotel tiene un paisajismo muy bello con muy buen cuidado de los jardines. Parece un jardín botánico, tienen hasta un arbolito de algodón.
Cerca de todo, ubicación extraordinaria. Para el desayuno usaban guayabas y plátanos de los jardines del propio Hotel. El desayuno es preciso y muy cuidado. Muy bueno entendiendo que la gastronomía de la Isla es limitada. A mi me pareció extraordinario.
El comedor muy bonito. Tiene una pequeña piscina muy agradable, rodeada de vegetación y estaba limpia. No la usamos porq en esta época de mayo yo tenía un poco de frío ( pero soy friolenta, no soy buena referencia) El personal excelente. Muy atentos.
El agua del baño, siempre sale caliente sin problemas. Para mi eso es fundamental en un buen hotel. El aire acondicionado funcionaba excelente y tiene smart TV con contenido variado. En resumen, encantados!
A mi pareja le encantó este hotel, tuvimos una buena experiencia de descanso.

Cons:

La verdad, a mí me gustó todo. No tengo nada negativo q decir de este Hotel.

Naturaleza exhuberante dentro del hotel. Preciosa decoración.
