Excelente ubicación. Céntrico, al casi lado de los show kari kari y varua. Tiene un pub dentro del hotel! Buen desayuno buffet todos los días.
Muy bonito lugar, las instalaciones al entrar son maravillosas llenas de plantas y todo muy verde.
El personal muy amable y simpáticos un 7 la verdad.
El desayuno si bien es simple, cumple muy bien.
Y lo mejor es la ubicación justo en el centro al lado de todo, todo se puede hacer caminando.
Las habitaciones podrian mejorar en concreto el baño que le falta ventilación, ya que estaba lleno de hongos el cielo.
Lo otro podrían mejorar las camas ya que se notan que los colchones estan en la última.
Con estas 2 cosas a mejorar serian perfectos.
El ambiente del hotel es increíble, al igual que el servicio. El aseo rápido, el personal muy amable. El desayuno también estaba muy bien. Volvería sin dudas.
El baño podría estar en mejores condiciones, había una pequeña filtración en la ducha, pero no llega a ser malo ni a empañar el resto.

Super leuke ingerichte overnachtingsplek volop in het groen met een klein zwembad. De kamers zijn heel ruim (wij hadden 1x 2-persoonsbed en 1x 1-persoonsbed) met een aparte ruimte waar een open kast staat en er een rek is voor kleding en jassen op te hangen. De badkamer is ruim en de douche was heerlijk warm.
De mensen achter de receptie waren ontzettend behulpzaam en na het misgaan van een (door onze zelf geboekte) tour, kon de jongen achter de receptie voor ons gelukkig nog een andere tour boeken.
Het is heel ruim opgezet allemaal en volop groen. Het ontbijt is goed met veel verschillende keuzes en je zit heel centraal in het leuke stadje.
het licht in de kamer was heel weinig en het zou fijn zijn als er een groter licht beschikbaar was in het slaapgedeelte.
De kamers zijn ook erg gehorig (naast ons zaten dames te lachen en te kletsen tot laat in de avond wat we goed konden horen. Andere kant mensen hebben we juist weer niet gehoord, misschien lag het aan de dames?).
De kamer voelde van binnen vochtig, waarschijnlijk omdat het de dagen ervoor flink geregend had.
El alojamiento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, el entorno y paisajismo es hermoso, te hace sentir que estás inmerso en la naturaleza, la piscina está bien mantenida, los jardines cuentan con rincones para descansar y tomar muy buenas fotos. La atención en la recepción y del personal de aseo es excelente, están permanentemente preocupados de que tu experiencia sea la mejor. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, cuentan con aire acondicionado y un pequeño refrigerador, el baño es cómodo, las camas con colchones de buena calidad. El desayuno es bueno, cuentan con pan integral y normal, queso, jamón, salame, frutas frescas, manjar, café, leche, etc. En la entrada del hotel, en el segundo piso, existe un bar restaurante bastante bueno, cuentan con un buen ambiente y buenos tragos. Cerca del hotel están las ferias de artesanos, buenos restaurantes y cafeterías y agencias de tour. La playa Pea está a 400 m.
Lo único que mejoraría es la iluminación en las habitaciones, en la noche se nota si quieres leer o usar un PC, pero es algo muy menor que no hace cambiar mi opinión acerca del hotel
El lugar en sí es maravilloso, con un montón de plantas hermosas y espacios preciosos. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. El personal es excelente, muy amables y simpáticos.

El hotel está super bien ubicado, tiene un jardín precioso y bien mantenido, el personal es muy amable, si vuelvo a Rapa Nui me volvería a quedar aquí 😊
