Propre et bien situé, années 80 à rafraîchir

La proximité géographique
La propreté

La terrasse bien grande vue sur piscine
Le petit déj buffet

Cons:

Aucune considération du personnel à l'accueil
On passe et on repasse, pas un seul bonjour, pas un sourire
Sauf un monsieur plus âgé le soir, sympa
Attention contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur booking, et malgré confirmation écrite par mail de Booking, les sièges de plage sont payants à 20€/personne
Le parking est payant
Les terrasses de piscine ne sont plus du tout entretenues, pleines de mauvaises herbes.
Les maîtres nageurs s'ennuient et semblent être dérangés de leur téléphone si on demande un café au bar de piscine.
Il est affiché les animations pour chaque soir mais il n'y a rien ni personne. Même pas possible de prendre un verre au bar, il n'y a pas de serveur.

Solo la piscina.

Cons:

Tutta la struttura è molto vecchia e non è assolutamente degna di avere e farsi pagare come un hotel a 4 stelle.
2 stelle al massimo.
Anche la colazione non è assolutamente internazionale; davvero misera.

Pros:

La colazione era buona, consiglierei aggiunta di frutta fresca.
Per il resto le camere erano comode e dotate di tutti i comfort e la pulizia costante e soddisfacente. Il personale cordiale, posto auto presente.

La piscina

Cons:

Staff scortese e poco accogliente. Rispondono in maniera maleducata anche ad una semplice osservazione. Una delle peggiori colazioni mai viste e mai assaggiate. Nonostante fosse inclusa nel prezzo, dal secondo giorno abbiamo preferito farla al bar vicino. Era un 4 stelle probabilmente negli anni 80 e l'utenza lo dimostra: lavorano soprattutto con gli anziani in pensione completa e fanno la differenza con gli altri clienti. Di pessime esperienze ne abbiamo avute, ma mai così! Esperienza terribile.

Una struttura con tantissimo potenziale
Pros:

La posizione è molto vantaggiosa sia rispetto alla spiaggia che al centro città, il che ha reso molto comoda la nostra permanenza a Vieste.

Cons:

La colazione potrebbe essere un po' più varia: troppi dolci (croissant, torte,...) e poche scelte salate (solo degli affettati e un po' di formaggio).

Pros:

Posizione top, a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia.
Parcheggio gratuito e possibilità di noleggiare l'ombrellone praticamente sotto il faraglione.
Molto comoda anche la piscina in struttura.

Cons:

Struttura un po' datata però tenuta bene, colazione abbastanza standard e non molto variegata
