Habitación y baño minúsculos
Pros:

-Zona tranquila

Cons:

-Ninguna insonorización de la habitación, se escuchaba perfectamente el ruido y viento de la calle, además entraba algo de aire de fuera.

-Habitación minúscula con la cama encajonada, de difícil acceso e incómoda, que nos provocó diversos dolores en el cuerpo. 

-Baño minúsculo que obligaba a sentarse de lado en el wc sin ningún soporte para colgar la ropa. 

-Limpieza dificiente de la habitación. 

-4 estrellas pero con aparienza de 1. 

-Ducha sin presión de agua.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip naar Londen.
Pros:

Heel behulpzame medewerker aan de balie. Uitstekende ligging dicht bij metro en bushaltes om Londen te gaan verkennen. Mooie kamer met alle benodigde faciliteiten.

Cons:

De kamer kon niet geheel duister gemaakt worden, waardoor we soms wat aan de vroege kant wakker werden door de lichtinval.

Perfect stay in small studio, in quiet and peaceful setting, ideal for access to Olympia.
Pros:

The location was perfect as I was attending an exhibition at Olympia - it could not have been closer! The studio was admittedly small but my wife and I were aware of that on booking, and we were amazed at how much could be fitted into such space. We were able to enjoy our own breakfast each morning. We also felt that the staff were excellent - extremely helpful and pleasant, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Cons:

Simply the size of the room - especially the small shower in an otherwise adequate bathroom.

Excellent value for money and suitable for a short stay.
Pros:

Location very good, easy check in and check out. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Efficient shower with hot water. Lovely linen and towels. Good value for money.

Cons:

Decor tired, paint peeling, laminate flooring coming up at edges, skirting trim loose and sticking out (room 104).
