Everything is not perfect but acceptable.
Pros:

The single room is quite tiny, but included everything you needed.

The location is good for shopping and airport. ( there is an airport bus which is outside the hotel) .

Cons:

The refrigerator is under the table which is a bit inconvenient but acceptable.

For the onsen, which is really small and crowded while I am using it during weekdays.

The room was awesome! I loved that the Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo had it's own laundry machines!
Pros:

Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo was right in the center of all the main attractions, especially the Snow Festival. Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is walking distance to all of the best restaurants and bars in Sapporo. You can also get the Limousine Bus from the New Chitose airport that drops you off directly in front of Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo!

Sehr sauber, modern und tolles Spa
Pros:

Ich war während des Sapporo Snow Festivals da. Das Zimmer (Parkview) hatte einen super Blick auf das Snow Festival, war sehr sauber und die Möbel in einem guten Zustand. Der Spa Bereich war wunderbar: sauber, mit vielen verschiedenen Pflegeprodukten und Eis ausgestattet und einem tollen Blick über Sapporo.

Cons:

Der Preis war hoch, was aber wohl dem Sapporo Snow Festival geschuldet war.

友達に喜ばれるアロマ香癒さるHOTEL
Pros:

玄関の飾りも素敵アロマに癒されます、レディースルーム利用
地元みんですが、友達が札幌きたら一緒に泊まり喜んでもらえます、お風呂も気持ちよく大通立地もよく便利また利用したいとおもってます。

Cons:

チェクイン前でロビーしか使えないので携帯充電するサービスがなくて不便でした
そこだけ残念
