Overall we loved it. Nice stay close to Disneyland.
Pros:

Visually very nice place to stay, close to Disneyland.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable, too hard and pillows are small. Had to pay for a swimming pool and the work hours for pool were limited. Outside pool was unavailable for use.

Lovely stay for Disney
Pros:

Location was great for Disney. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.
Room was also alot bigger than any other rooms we stayed in, in Japan.

Cons:

Main entrance takes you through the ballroom entrance, which is confusing after a long day of travel.
Nothing major and more a niggle that the cleaners put my ear plugs in the trash

A Disney hotel that is not service and family friendly
Pros:

Was near Disney

Cons:

Staff service was poor. One night both restaurants were full and they do not allow take out. We ordered pizza delivery and the staff stop us from taking it up to the room saying no outside food in hotel room, and we had to order from their restaurants. But their restaurant could not take anymore orders and there was no room service. My parents were 80 years old and they were very hungry and their meal was much delayed because of the situation

Perfect
Pros:

For some reason, our room had some kind of smell. It didn’t feel clean smell. Although, the room was clean and good space for 3 people. Hotel was close to Disneyline and we loved the bus stops.
