思い出に残る最高の時間が過ごせた。
Pros:

息子のお誕生日祝いであることを伝えたら、お部屋をアップグレードしてくれて、嬉しかったです！
ロビーの雰囲気も良くて、ディズニーグッズのお店もあるので、ランドでお土産買いそびれた時などにも助かると思いました！ホテル内がわかりやすく、子連れ移動も楽でした☆
ディズニーランドに行く時、また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Convenient location to DisneySea,. The staff was very helpful especially the staff who called a taxi for us after deciding not to have our luggage forwarded.
The food was as excellent in the restaurants.

Cons:

It was all good.

Tiene todo lo necesario para una inmejorable experiencia mientras vas a Disney. La habitación 10 de 10, el desayuno delicioso, la ubicación y el autobús perfecto. Hay tienda adentro del hotel con mercancía oficial de Disney y pude comprar mis boletos para el parque ahi mismo en el hotel. Mis maletas llegaron a mi habitación por Takkyubin y ahí mismo las puedes enviar. Hay un servicio de guarda equipaje si al hacer checkout deseas guardar tus maletas.

Cons:

Hubo un incidente con un chico de la recepción buffet, no era japonés, que me recibió y me dijo en inglés que era la última vez que me dejaba pasar al buffet porque llegué 10 turnos antes. Le expliqué que llegue antes para no llegar tarde y ser puntual pero el insistió en que lo iba a meter en problemas. Eso no me gustó porque yo lo hice para ser puntual y su respuesta fue como si me hiciera un favor. Era tan fácil decirme, espere su turno, a que me diga, es la última vez que te dejo pasar.

Loved how much space rhe rooms had, beautiful lobby and wonderful staff

Cons:

A little noisy as there are a lot of kids but it wasn’t too bad

部屋、ロケーションは最高です。ホテル自体に楽しみ場所があればなお良い。
Pros:

部屋が想像していたより広かった。
掃除が細部にも行き届いていて清潔感が高い。
アメニティも良くそろっていました。

Cons:

遊ぶところはメインランド、ということなのでしょうが、子供たち的にはホテル内にももう少しキッズが遊べるところがあった方良いと思いました。（フロントの前のスーペースのみ）
ホテルエリアが広くて、空間がもう少し効率的に利用されていれば（上述のキッズスペースとの増等）良いのでは。
案内板が少なくて迷いました。（例：１F,2F,3Fトイレ位置や駐車場の方向）
夕食時、一気にお客さんが入ってくるので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、「まずはビール」のビールが出てくるのが遅かったです。くわえて、アルコールメニューがテーブル各所にないところがつらい。。。

Beautiful hotel close to the parks.
Pros:

The lobby is stunning. Our room also had a theme park view, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast also has so many offerings.

Cons:

The prices in the in hotel konbini. Much higher than in the Disney hotels.
