Great location for the Disney parks. Awesome looking foyer.
Room view (“park view”) was of a car park. Super disappointing. The location for visiting Tokyo city and anything other than Disney wasn’t good - a long way to go. The buffet was super expensive for not great food.
都内のホテルと違った雰囲気を味わいました。
レストランが少ない。
「玉かがり」夕食に比べて、朝食が値段の割に
お粗末でした。
車で到着したのですが、玄関に出迎えてくれるスタッフがいなかった。
Excellent location for accessing Disneyland/DisneySea. Very clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. The little supermarket on L3 has a variety of good food available. Ikspiari shopping centre at Maihama station is easy to get to and has an array of restaurants and cafes at reasonable prices.
Limited dining options at the hotel and long wait times for the restaurants which may be problematic for families with younger children. Extensive selection at the breakfast buffet but not great quality for the price.

Amazing location to go to Disney Resorts, large spacious rooms with great in room amenities.
The beds and pillows weren’t the best, very hard mattress.
The hotel lobby/ Atrium was impressive!
The staff were all very polite and helpful.
The pool area - cost 3500 yen for me and my daughter to use the pool for an hour.
The change rooms/ showers in the pool were not clean with visible mould on the walls.
The buffet dinner was average - not many options for gluten intolerance.
Rooms are not very sound proof. Could hear other guests on their balconies and in the hallway.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were beautiful and the buffet food was delicious and well priced.
The pool had a charge to swim in, even as a guest.
Great facilities, great location. Rooms were a good size and very clean

Large size rooms and views from the balcony
The bay view room - we got to see Fuji. The room had 4 beds for our tall family which was appreciated. Very comfy bed and pillows. The cleaners were amazing.
The arrival process and welcome wasn't ideal. We got off the shuttle bus on level 1 and didn't know we had to get the lift that was way in the corner of the ballroom area to level 3 for check in. It was another guest who saw us lost and told us where to go. Amazing hotel, it just wasn't a great first impression.
The room was large for Tokyo standards and had a view of Tokyo Bay.
The Grand Nikko is one of the many Disney resorts that caters specifically to park visitors. The room rate was extremely reasonable, at least for those of us accustomed to prices at Disney properties in the US. The room faced the bay and had a lovely view of Tokyo, with a small balcony. The beds were very comfortable and pajamas and toiletries were provided. The nice big soaking tub was a bonus--I used it to rest my weary body after a day of slogging through the park!
The dinner buffet was quite expensive for what it offered and also hardly had any options suitable for celiacs--which to be fair is reflective of food in Japan in general with its heavy use of soy sauce. There is one other restaurant in the hotel which had zero options not containing wheat. And given its location, it's very cumbersome to get off the property and to another neighborhood where you would find other options. Super convenient to the parks but not to anything else.
The hotel is beautiful and within easy reach of both parks.
The bed sheets were a bit rustily but we got used to that after the first night.
