We would 100% recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Everything was clean and extremely beautiful! The food was delicious. The staff was accommodating despite the language barrier. We truly enjoyed our time

It was easy to get the I Disneyland from there, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

It’s close to Disneyland the rooms are clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was fair.

Cons:

It’s a very old hotel and has an old smell to it. It’s also quite far from Tokyo CBD, it used to take us over an hour to get there. There also aren’t many restaurants in the hotel or around. We had the buffet diner at the hotel and was mediocre.

Situation parfaite proche des parcs disneyland. Présence d'un bus faisant le trajet jusqu'à la gare du monorail de disney (toutes les 20 minutes en journée et toutes les 7/8 minutes le matin et le soir) ce qui est un plus !
Restaurant buffet dans l'hôtel assez bon et pas excessif en prix.
Une boutique disney dans l'hotel.
Les chambres aux étages élevés offrent une vue sur le parc.

Rooms are larger.
Easy access for Disneyland,

Cons:

Have to pay an extra 30,000 yen per adult to use the pool.
Only 2 restaurant options on site for dinner, one an expensive buffet or a sushi restaurant, so make sure you eat elsewhere as food is limited.
Wouldn't stay at the hotel for any other reason than going to disneyland and 2 nights max is all you need. Nothing else nearby to do that's easily accessible.
