e property?
Great overall stay, with the standout being the breakfast, which was the best among the three hotels we stayed at in Tokyo Bay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and suitable for our family of four.
Compared to the other two Tokyo Bay hotels we stayed at, the room felt smaller and less impressive. While reception staff were still helpful, they were not as attentive as at the other hotels, and the language barrier was more noticeable.
This hotel had lovely balconies for each room so we could stand outside to get fresh air every evening and watch fireworks, see the Disney monorail pass by, and listen to the rain. The entire hotel was clean and quiet with the most friendly, helpful staff.
nothing
Near monorail, easily in walking distance. The room is okay and reasonable.
Very clean and nice. Has everything you need and close to disney

Close to Disney, good variety at hotel buffets, swimming pool and laundry on site
Rooms a touch smaller than expected and view of park was obscured—would have opted for ocean view if I knew fireworks wouldn’t be clearly visible
Front desk staff at check in were kind and professional
Staff at on site restaurant were very unfriendly. In fact, they were the least friendly people we encountered on our trip to Japan. We speak Japanese and overheard staff on his ear piece referencing a table by saying "the one with the foreigners" instead of table 8 or table 9. On site food options limited and not good with very overpriced convenience store options. Long lines for breakfast buffet that you have to sign up for beforehand and then wait until they call your turn to WAIT in line for breakfast. Pool access is limited hours and also an additional fee of $20usd or so per person. Finally, I didn't feel that the hotel was conveniently located. Next time we will just stay in Tokyo and take a train in without our luggage etc for the day. From Tokyo train station you have to take a train, monorail and then hotel shuttle bus (which comes every 20 minutes). If you come in from a long day it is not ideal. At that point either stay at the hotel that is located across the street from Disneyland or stay in Tokyo. Finally, the hotel itself feels dated unfortunately. Hallways smelled like perfume/dryer sheets if you are sensitive to fragrance.
