El trato del personal fue excepcional. Completamente atentos y amables. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. Y el buffet maravilloso. Había gran variedad de comida tanto en el desayuno, como en la comida y la cena. Justo acababan de cambiar el grupo de cocina, y la verdad que proporcionaron un servicio excelente. ¡El próximo año repetiremos seguro!

Swimming pool and dinner (variations of food was great)

Cons:

We had all inclusive and we had pool bar
Not enough snacks (always) in 5 days we never had a chance to get anything and ice cream not included so we needed to pay for it

Best entertainment and hospitality on the island
Pros:

Noah was the best entertainer, he puts passion, energy and love in to every activity which welcomes more and more people to get involved. This man and his colleagues deserve the best as they only care about the guests happiness and enjoyment. Also, Erik at the Jumper Bar, he is amazing and son friendly and willing to accommodate. This hotel should be proud to have such members of staff. They made the trip.

Hôtel 3 étoiles!!!!

Nous y avons passé une nuit uniquement pour dépanner avant de prendre l’avion. L’impression générale est celle d’un hôtel “usine”, sans charme ni personnalité. Le personnel donne le sentiment d’être blasé, ce qui n’est pas très accueillant.

La clientèle semble principalement composée de familles, de groupes de jeunes ou de retraités. Si vous recherchez un hôtel calme ou une ambiance plus raffinée, ce n’est pas le bon choix.

Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et le choix est vaste, mais la qualité des produits est vraiment décevante. Même les confitures et les pâtisseries paraissent très industrielles sans aucun goût (goûter la confiture de fraise c’est du plastique).

En résumé, cet hôtel peut convenir si vous cherchez simplement un hébergement économique. En revanche, si vous souhaitez profiter d’un environnement calme, d’un petit déjeuner de qualité, ou, d’une piscine paisible (car la piscine est petite et très bruyante, sur les photos du net on a l’impression qu’elle est très grande mais c’est pas ça), vous risquez d’être déçu.
