The apartment falls apart TV smaller than a gaming laptop screen
Central parking almost quiet
Shower size is the size of a coffin no way to get your soap from the ground .
The shower has no thermostat and no place to put any stuff except on the floor
TV size is the size of my laptop screen the distance is more than 4 meters from the bed nobody can read anything on the screen.
Kitchen is absolutely ridiculous small size
There are plenty of cupboards that occupy the room space without a reason .
This apartments need urgent upgrade and renovation I feel that I am back in a communist country

The picture of the apartment advertised on booking was not what we got. The furnishing was straight out of the 90s and needed upgrading badly.
The central heating system was set too high (24-26 degree), which, in an energy crisis period, is outrageous and, quite frankly, against the law. The thermostat in the room did not work... We had to open the windows at night. All in all, it was a really bad experience. We checked out 2 days earlier than planned (and gladly forwent the money we paid for the remainder of the stay)

The apartment is old an probably never refreshed during the past years (walls pretty dirty and curtains got yellow and dusty. Furniture are basic and very old.
There no smart television and all channels in the oldmodel tv there only italian cannels
Really great space, really clean and very accommodating for families (we needed a high chair and cot for a baby - both of which were supplied immediately).
The breakfast at the sister hotel was also a highlight.
Unfortunately, there is a late night bar opposite the apartment tower complex which boasts a DJ who is sees himself as Ibizas next big thing. We were subjected to his sweet beats into the wee hours. Wednesday night was a 2am finish.
Rooms in the cosmo torri residents are a bit spacious ( 1 bed rooms apartment) and have high floor + a balcony and a nice view + a kitchen with utensils ( pots, pans, spoons, and forks)
Cosmo torri residents (1 bed room apartment) is Very dirty and very old and no sound proofing shower head is placed below knees so you have to hold it while showering. The bed has no bed headboard and visible stains on the wall and cracked walls.
Great location for Formula 1 weekend. Amazing taxi shuttle to circuit, straight from hotel.
Good location to also spend time in the evening, with a good assortment of restaurants and pubs.
One of the apartments was not really ready first day and we had spent first night a bit not ideal, solved next day and all went fine from that moment.

Lucca on reception was very charming and helpful. The modern complex seemed a bit confusing at first but it is all built around the central square.There are many bars and restaurants to choose from. Also, there is a large shopping mall 200 metres away with autobank, supermarket, and many other shops and restaurants. Great free secure parking is a bonus with lift from garage to apartments.The apartments vary in size and some have only a small kitchen corner. So check which amenities are most important to you. Our apartment was large and well equipped with huge balcony. We booked for a second week here mainly due to the excellent service provided by Lucca who went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy with our stay.
Excellent accueil, appartement très spacieux, confortable et propre, dans un environnement urbain agréable malgré son caractère "quartier d'affaire". Equipement culinaire un peu sommaire.Et Milan, objet de notre visite à 45 mn par les transports en commun, mais c'est la contrepartie d'un prix très raisonnable.

It was a spacious appartment, Very clean , In fact nearly new.
A fronte di un problema non risolvibile nel week-end mi hanno fatto un upgrade della stanza. Nonostante ciò ho riscontrato altri problemi di piccola entità che non sono stati sistemati ma che potevano benissimo essere risolti con facilità. Cosa peggiore è insopportabile e stato l'odore nauseante di cucina a base di spezie orientali provenire dagli altri appartamenti sottostanti o circostanti. Mobilia cucina molto vecchio e doccia bagno molto scomoda e per niente pratico.

The only drawback is that you feel isolated since there is no reception at the residence building.
