Great location amazing value
Pros:

Great location right on the beach. Despite some previous poor reviews and the hotel still undergoing some renovations the rooms are large comfortable and clean. Once the public spaces are fully renovated expect the current room rate to increase significantly

Lovely Stay
Pros:

Lovely weekend stay in 103 ground floor. Amazing staff, comfy bed, freezing cold AC and hot water, big room with court yard. Room was super value for money being BEACHFRONT location, would defs stay again.

Cons:

Place does need some tlc but its not advertised as 5 star.

Pros:

Accessibility ground floor, thank you. Right on the main esplanade. Staff welcome and help. Loved the rooftop pool.

Cons:

Difficult to get in and out of the spa the step is a long way down.

Nothing — it’s an abandoned shit hole. As I’ve communicated via phone to Booking.com this property should be removed from your site. It’s a sham.

AVOID this hotel!! A complete scam!! Not safe at all specially for a female travelling solo!!

Unfortunately I had to leave the hotel due to safety reasons. It’s a complete scam and the photos don’t represent the hotel at all. It’s half abandoned and damaged with electricity wires falling from ceiling, holes all over the ceiling etc. There was no one in the hotel and my balcony door was not locking properly. As a single mother travelling with a child it was not safe to stay! Plus the wifi and tv was not working. I called to an out of hours number and a guy with not the best appearance come to help. But I didn’t feel safe to open the door of my room and give my phone to a strange guy. Finally there were termites invading my toiletries. I had to drive all the way to Cairns in order to have a place to sleep. I called in order to get a refund and the owners didn’t agree with it or even had the decency to apologise. I really believe the place is bankrupt and not legally authorised to be open!!!

The room was not worth the price. The whole hotel is very run down and needs a big facelift. Palm Cove seems to have deteriorated a lot.
