Pets paradise
Pros:

Pet friendly suited us. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The hot water run out after my friends shower and I had to have a cold shower, not impressed

Dissapointing experience this time round, hopefully next time issues raised will be improved on.

Cons:

Cleanliness. Room was not cleaned properly, if at all. Strong smell of bleach upon entering, the toilet was covered with previous persons piss and pubic hair. Hair everywhere in the room, inside bedside table drawers, window sills, on lamp shade. I notified manager who apologised and offered to come in and clean, I opted to do this myself and requested disenfectant and cloths to wipe over surfaces, door handles etc. The pillows didn't have protectors on/were stained. I slept with towels over the pillows. For $170 a night its expected the room be at least, clean. Dissapointing experience this time round, have stayed previously and enjoyed the stay as is a pet friendly hotel and the room was up to standard.

The situation that arose when the front door key broke in the lock. This key was actually the room key which fitted the front door.
I called the after hours number to explain that I couldn’t access my room.
I had to pay $75 upfront , which I did,to have a “ locksmith “ who turned out to be a local man from the tavern with no tools who wasn’t a locksmith!) to come and open the room for me .
While I was waiting to access my room, a staff member, who lived upstairs, came down to the office.
I asked if she could provide a spare key to open my room. There was no spare key in the office and the master key did not fit my door!
The “locksmith “ then climbed over the fence of the room next door to mine and gained access to my room via the courtyard door which was unlocked!
I rang the after hours number back to say I had paid $75 under false pretences for a bogus locksmith, someone was to call me back but unsurprisingly this has not occurred!

Location is perfect, Onsite parking is good. A/C is cold.

Cons:

The hotel is dated, it is like an empty cave. The room was basic but did the job. My room was in the main thoroughfare and very noisy. The building needs a lot of work and the lobby and main thoroughfare needs to be sorted out or re-dirceted.

２１時にチェックインで食事終了してたが、スタッフがお店を探して、ピザ店へ往復ドライブして頂きました。英語が出来ない私たちを大変良くサポートしてくれました。大変感謝しています。スタッフの名前分かりませんが、大柄な男性でひげはやしていました。

Cons:

入口がロックされいて、電話対応が必要で英語出来ないため大変苦労した。ぜひボタンスイッチコールにしていただきたい
