El servicio de recepción es muy atento. La habitación era amplia y muy limpia. El barrio es precioso.-

En el desayuno hay que ir a solicitar al personal que reponga alimentos que se terminan. Enseguida los reponen, pero creo que no debería ser necesario, ya que el personal debería encargarse más seguido de revisar ese detalle.-

Le falta cambiar alfombras en palieres están muy gastadas con poca inversión mejoraría , el resto necesitaría ir de a poco ir renovándose baños , Pulido pisos en sectores , aberturas ajustarlas

Localização excelente com tudo que precisamos bem próximo, inclusive metrô. Café da manhã ok, mas nada extraordinário - e os sucos eram muito ruins. O quarto era excelente, muito espaçoso, cama king e muito confortável, excelentes travesseiros e almofadas, possui uma poltrona. Limpeza excelente. Wi-Fi excelente.

Cons:

O chuveiro fica dentro de uma banheira pequena e apertada e foi desconfortável tomar banho aqui, além do banheiro não possuir qualquer suporte/prateleira para sabonetes, shampoo, etc.

O ar condicionado era ruim, mas como a cidade estava fria era só abrir a janela.

Dado o custo da diária, não achamos que valeu a pena. Por valores menores haviam outros hotéis tão bons ou melhores quanto.

Mucho ruido en los pasillos. De noche gente entrando y saliendo a las risas y de mañana las conversaciones del personal de servicio fueron molestas

Excelente ubicación, excelentes habitaciones y excelente relación calidad precio

La ubicación es la que nos gusta. Casi siempre que vamos a Buenos Aires nos quedamos allí. La habitación es muy amplia y confortable. El desayuno podría mejorar algo, aunque lo que ofrecen es suficiente y abarcativo de los distintos gustos.

Cons:

El soporte de las toallas se desprendió de la pared y en un día muuy frío, a nuestra llegada la habitación no estaba con una buena temperatura. En una oportunidad se nos complicó la entrada en la habitación con la tarjeta, porque había que darle un empujón. Pero son detalles muy mínimos. Nos encanta el hotel.
