It is overall a good valued hotel with satisfying experience.
Pros:

It is just like another Dazzler in another South America country. It is well organized with adequate equipment and facilities. It is not a luxury hotel but is reasonably upper scale like. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided is good but not exceptional.

Cons:

Elevator can only hold 4 people. But we did not encounter any inconvenience due to non-high season.

The staff goes out of their way to be extremely helpful and polite. I would stay here again.
Pros:

The location is excellent with the subway and train station nearby. Also within walking distance to some attractions. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit, bread, sweets, eggs, sausage, cereal and yogurt. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and extremely helpful staff. You can exchange money there and leave your bags after checkout until you leave for your next destination.

Cons:

My pillow was a little hard. I believe the website advertised a free airport shuttle, there is no airport shuttle.

Great location, comfy room, would recommend
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive. We were on the 12th floor and it was very quiet, despite being on a main road in the middle of Recoleta. The location is great, right next to some great bars and restaurants, as well as a shopping mall and the Recoleta cemetery.

Cons:

The breakfasts were a bit underwhelming. There was never a great selection of hot food, but in fairness there was always a reasonable selection of fruits and pastries.

El desayuno muy completo y las instalaciones modernas.

Cons:

El horario de piscina y spa muy limitado de 10 a 18. El horario de check out a las 10 hs muy limitado...y te impide usar spa ya que abre a las 10 hs

No volvería ni por precio ni por ubicación- creo que esta Over rates

Estar al lado del cementerio pero no es la mejor zona

El tamaño de la habitación es muy bueno- casi prefiero más pequeña y mejor cuidada

En general muy descuidado y antiguo
- 15 pisos y los ascensores del siglo pasado, hacer cola para bajar o subir
- el baño y el lavamanos por la cadera, es decir muy bajo y totalmente roto con grietas la bañera y la ducha antiquísima
-la cama INCÓMODA
- la ventana no cerraba- estábamos en piso 8 y se oía la calle
- el desayuno muy poco cuidado
- en 4 noches nunca tuvieron un adaptador disponible - los euopeos pueden cargar en el baño
