Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent location near metro/subway
Many mentions of comfortable, bright and clean rooms
Generally friendly and efficient staff
Good value for money / cost-benefit
Cons:
Deferred maintenance: old bathrooms, rust, worn fixtures and occasional mold
Breakfast room too small or crowded; limited variety
Inconsistent service in some shifts (reception/comedor)
Occasional operational failures (water cut, AC not working, restrictive late check-out policy)

Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed comments: several guests praised 'limpio' and 'limpeza', but multiple reviews note old bathrooms, rust, mold/hongos and general deferred maintenance reducing perceived cleanliness.
Service
8.6
Generally positive staff interactions reported (attentive, courteous, helpful), though several mentions of occasional rude or uncaring reception and poor dining-room service lower this slightly.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised as excellent or very good (close to subway, well located) across many reviews.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms often described as comfortable, bright and spacious, but numerous complaints about old/worn bathrooms, bathtubs, fixtures and some maintenance issues.
Amenities
7.8
Basic amenities (fridge, beds, linens) noted positively; negatives include broken air-conditioning in at least one report, limited breakfast seating and restrictive late check-out policy in some cases.
Value for Money
8.8
Several guests explicitly cite good value and willingness to return; positive remarks about price/quality balance support a higher score.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Breakfast frequently described as 'good' but limited — needs more variety and suffers from crowded/undersized breakfast room and occasional lack of staff to replenish items.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall experiences skew positive (comfortable stays, good location, friendly staff often), tempered by maintenance issues, occasional poor service moments and service interruptions (water outage) for some guests.

Met expectations for rate paid, exceeded them for room view and staff efficiency and friendliness.
Pros:

Excellent staff throughout, Easy in-out, great view from large and bright room, good beds and linen. Useful fridge.

Cons:

Property in early disrepair - Deferred maintenance evident, floors cracked and worn, bathroom hooks wobbly. Bathtub, toilet seat, drapes and furniture worn. Breakfast room too small, often had to share tables.
