Pros:

The staff was super friendly, even though we made a lot of requests they were always kind and timeless responsive. The location due to the purpose of our trip was perfect and easy to access. If I come back to Berlin I would definetely consider to stay there again.

Excellent choise.
Pros:

Everything was perfect 😊. Location its a little too far from the centrum but the bus station its nearby. The staff was very friendly and help us a lot. Breakfast was excellent, you have from where to choose. The room had a very comfortable bed, a big bathroom with bathtub. In the room you have a kittle, coffee, tea, water. We receive a surprise with cake and chocolate 😊. Thank you for that!

Pros:

The hotel offered a decent breakfast buffet and provided a comfortable place to relax and recover from the fatigue of attending the exhibition.

Cons:

Be sure to double-check the number of guests when booking through Booking.com. Although I booked a twin room with breakfast included, the reservation was actually for only one guest. As a result, I had to pay an additional charge for breakfast for the second guest.

Great stay be aware of the smell
Pros:

Great rooms great facilities location a bit far from the city center but close to the kudda’m

Pros:

Meine Freundin und ich waren für ein Mädelswochenende da und wurden am Tag der Anreise sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und auch mal für einen lustigen Spruch offen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ich finde die Lichteinstellungen im Bad sehr angenehm, besonders wenn man morgens noch kein so helles Licht möchte. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Servicepersonal schnell mit dem Abräumen hinterher. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Da gibt es nichts zu benennen.
