A modern and comfortable hotel in a quiet neighbourhood close to the action.
Pros:

The room was very modern and we enjoyed the lighting. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows. The location was great for us as our main purpose of the trip was visiting the zoo.

Cons:

Would be nice if a more affordable breakfast was available. The breakfast price seems out of proportion to the room price. The alternative option to buy and bring our own breakfast or go to a cafe was tricky with the food stores and cafes all min 15 minute walk away, so it took a bit of planning.

Wände nicht schallisoliert, hörten das Husten aus dem Nachbarzimmer die ganze Nacht.
Rezeption etwas arrogant, wollten CityTax doppelt und Rechnung war nicht möglich (soll per Mail kommen).

The staff at the reception were all lovely and professional

The only thing missing was there was no grocery store nearby to purchase few things but the hotel was selling some stuff so it was fine

Have been coming to this hotel many times. I like that it's outside the busy center but close to everything at the same time. I like being able to park.

Cons:

The icy pavement and the very young unexperienced staff upon check-in.
