the stay was worth the money and will definetly go back

We’ve been married 44 years and have never stayed at a place this bad.

Cons:

The place was filthy. Carpeting was so dirty we had to keep shoes on at all times. There was mold/mildew in the tub/shower as well as water stains or soap scum throughout. The AC filter was caked with dust. The microwave was disgusting with spattered food AND someone’s leftover food in it. The breakfast was less than appealing but worse than that was the sink in the breakfast area was filthy and had an electrical cord hanging down into it from the coffee machine. Coffee was undrinkable. The few staff we saw seemed sad. We witnessed the owner take tips we gave the driver of the courtesy van. Not once during our stay did we see any cleaning staff. We talked with multiple guests and never heard a single positive thing about this olace

Pros:

Staff was friendly and always said they’d get it done but never quite did. Location was close to what we needed and fairly quiet.

The only thing good about that place was The view and the location

From day one when we checked in the AC unit was just going crazy the smoke alarm was going off real bad our shower was somebody from upstairs and water was pouring down on us in the bathtub the towel rack kept falling off so we let the day early and they said that you guys would re-credit our cards

Very disappointed.
Cons:

Very, very run down since last visit. Asked for lights to be replaced as they were burned out or missing all together. Individual came to fix them left and never came back to fix them. After two days and no return, we checked out and still no repair. . Towel rack falling off wall. Tub grout was disgustingly dirty. People who checked you in eating at front desk and super crappy customer assistance. On phone with personal calls not business calls. Breakfast not appealing at all. Would never stay again and never refer anyone. Super disappointed!!!
