Excelente opción para viajar en grupo
Pros:

Viajamos un grupo de tres parejas y quedamos encantados con la elección. Lo mejor de todo es la excelente relación calidad-precio y la comodidad que ofrece el hotel. La ubicación es muy práctica, ya que el santuario se encuentra a unos 10 o 15 minutos a pie, lo que permite moverse con total facilidad.
Queremos destacar de forma muy especial el trato y la atención del personal, sobre todo en la recepción. Fueron increíblemente amables y atentos con nosotros desde el primer momento. Además, tener el parking justo en la puerta nos facilitó muchísimo la logística del viaje. Sin duda, volveríamos a repetir. ¡Muy recomendable!

Excelente relación calidad precio.
Pros:

Habitaciones y baños grandes, camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Buenas ubicación. Recepcionista muy amable.

Cons:

La moqueta del suelo y que sólo haya un ascensor para todos los huéspedes.

Pros:

Good location to centre. Staff ready to help and my request to have 2 interconnected was granted.

Cons:

Cleanliness must be improved. There were hairs on bed sheets and in bathroom. Some bathroom items had dust on them too. Hair dryer had pink make up smudged on it.

Prima no nonsens hotel
Pros:

Prima locatie en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mocht ook twee fietsen twee nachten “stallen” ivm een bergtocht.

Cons:

Ontbijt kan wel iets beter

Pros:

De notre arrivée à notre départ tout a été parfait. Le personnel à votre écoute, les chambres au top, les infos pour vous rendre au sanctuaire précises, etc...

Cons:

Cet hotel reçoit de nombreux groupes et l'affluence au petit déjeuner ne permet pas toujours aux personnes lambda de l'hotel de trouver des places pour le petit-déjeuner. Je leur suggère de réserver une ou deux tables pour ces clients.

Un séjour parfait, tout simplement.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est vraiment très agréable, disponible et à l’écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et entretenues chaque jour. Le petit‑déjeuner comme le dîner sont très bons, avec une belle qualité de service. L’hôtel est très bien situé et offre un excellent rapport qualité‑prix. Pour mon prochain séjour à Lourdes, je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet établissement.

Cons:

Franchement, rien à signaler. Tout était vraiment parfait et j’ai passé un excellent séjour.

Fair accommodation in Lourdes, comfortable beds, plenty of parking options nearby
Pros:

Comfortable bed, decent size of rooms, plenty of parking options (at extra cost or even free of charge around 10 minutes far from the hotel).

Welcoming personnel.

Cons:

Given that Lourdes is an important pilgrimage center, it might be noisy sometimes (during the day especially) due to the high amount of families with kids visiting the area. But this is not related to the hotel itself, it is more a peculiarity of the city.

Pros:

Stopped over in Lourdes on a long road trip. Hotel was nice located, rooms were nice. A/C was welcomed in a very warm weather.

Cons:

No parking available by the time we arrived. But other parking locations nearby were free for the night.

Cons:

Tardaron en darnos la habitación 4 horas más de lo previsto. Llegamos con muchísimo calor a las 3 de la tarde y nos tuvieron allí esperando tiradas en la recepción...el parking era exterior sin ninguna vigilancia y la habitación no estaba muy limpia, además daba a un patio interior
