LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
We are currently undergoing maintenance work on our rooms and remodeling on the 3rd floor of the hotel in the classic sector until June 13. We are looking for improvements for a better experience.
Please notice that group reservations from three rooms will be charged with the full amount of rate maximun 24 hrs after confirm reservation. This run for standard and nonrefundable rates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

El alojamiento está muy bien. Las camas son muy cómodas y no se escucha el ruido del exterior. Todo muy limpio. La zona del desayuno muy tranquila. Además, el personal muy amable. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas un par de horas más una vez hecho el check out.
El desayuno estaba muy bien, pero podría haber más variedad. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

It's a very nice hotel right in the downtown of Punta Arenas. It was clean and the beds were super comfy. We had a bad stay somewhere else before and were super happy to have a lovely, comfy, clean room.
The restaurant menu was quite confusing, although the food was good.
