LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
We are currently undergoing maintenance work on our rooms and remodeling on the 3rd floor of the hotel in the classic sector until June 13. We are looking for improvements for a better experience.
Please notice that group reservations from three rooms will be charged with the full amount of rate maximun 24 hrs after confirm reservation. This run for standard and nonrefundable rates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Un recepcionista fue lento y sin buena disposición al pedir comida y bebida de la maquina de trasnoche
Harto espacio y fueron flexibles…se utilizo para maquillar a una novia y no tuvieron reparos en entregar facilidades

bueno, fue un poco cara la cenita para dos personas, precio y cantidad un poco elevado, pero bueno si estamos de vacaciones hay que asumir esos costos y las pocas ganas de salir a comer fuera, eso se paga.
