LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
We are currently undergoing maintenance work on our rooms and remodeling on the 3rd floor of the hotel in the classic sector until June 13. We are looking for improvements for a better experience.
Please notice that group reservations from three rooms will be charged with the full amount of rate maximun 24 hrs after confirm reservation. This run for standard and nonrefundable rates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

La comodidad y ubicación del hotel
Que una persona del Comedor pagar una propina de 5 mil pesos en forma extra a la propina directamente el personal que atendía en la hora del desayuno. Creo que fue abusivo y fuera de practica, he alojado varias veces en este hotel y primera vez que me pasa aunque es posible este hombre lo haya echo otras veces más.
Había un ruido de una bomba de agua y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación a las 23 horas porque con el ruido no se podía dormir. La habitación 210

La ubicación y el personal
Para los argentinos es rara la distribución del baño (inodoro en el baño sin bidet, ducha en un box al lado de la cama (con puerta transparente) bacha frente a la cama y al no ser muy espaciosa la habitación sentís q estás durmiendo en el baño 😬 sin embargo la experiencia no es mala para viajes cortos es cómodo limpio y bien ubicado.
