The receptionist was very pleasant

I payef break fast include for 2 days only oatmeal I founded not even coffee. And then I didn't put sign behind my door because I wanted my room to get changed nobody showed up.

Beds very uncomfortable. The condition of the room was horrible. Carpet was horrible, missing ceiling tiles. Carpet against the wall was folded upwards and not cut to fit the room. Curtains were shabby and had holes all in them. Room was very musty.

Unforgettable in the worse way possible!

Absolutely nothing. Worse hotel experience I have ever had.

Cons:

To start, the cleanliness of the place was deplorable. The carpet was dirty as noted in the pictures. They switched our room 3 separate times. Room 1 had no hot water, room 2 had no working lighting and no amities like an iron and ironing board, and room 3 was never cleaned from the previous guest. Our 3rd room was missing a smoke detector as noted in the photos. The shower curtain was too short and water would flood the bathroom every time we showered. PLUS… somebody was smoking marijuana on our floor and the smell lingered the entire stay. The free breakfast had its issues with coffee machine and the waffle iron being broken the entire weekend. The WiFi was out for the entire stay as well. Now here’s the kicker… THE HOTEL WAS UNSTAFFED FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS BETWEEN 6AM- 8AM on Sunday morning of our stay. Apparently, the night staff decided to leave early. When I asked for the contact information for the property manager, the refused to give me that information. I have contacted Comfort Suites customer service to file a formal complaint and request a refund, but I have yet to hear anything back.

the size of the room was nice but there was urine stains on the pull out.

Cons:

During my stay we were falsely accused of bringing a dog into the hotel when we did not have a dog with us. In addition to that, the room had very limited hot water that did not last through more than one shower. The Wi-Fi was also not working during our stay.
Breakfast was extremely minimal and disorganized, with guests scrambling just to get basic items like toast. Overall the experience felt chaotic and uncomfortable, and the accusation about a dog was particularly frustrating because it was completely untrue.
I hope management looks into these issues so future guests have a better experience.

I love the convenience of the property. It was close to downtown and close so a lot of food, places or restaurants.

Cons:

My sheets were dirty. They were plenty of stains on the floor and on the sofas my room smell like marijuana and also my tub was dirty as well and also I had two roaches to tag you along as well.

Sleeping in your car is a better idea than this place!
Pros:

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We had to move rooms immediately because the first room smelled strongly of weed and mold. The window seal and surrounding molding were wet, filthy, and clearly water-damaged, and gnats were flying around the room. It was absolutely disgusting.

The second room wasn’t any better. It also smelled heavily of mold, almost like wet soil. The bathtub had black residue in it that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The hallways throughout the hotel smelled like weed and mold as well, so this was obviously not isolated to just our rooms.

To make matters worse, the key card for the second room did not work at all. Every single time we left the room, we had to go to the front desk and have the clerk physically let us back in. This was happening to many guests—I watched the front desk clerk repeatedly leave her station to help people access their rooms.

The ice machines were absolutely disgusting and clearly not maintained. On top of that, a group of young boys came in, paid cash for a room, and had guns visibly tucked into their waistbands, which made the environment feel extremely unsafe.

The final straw was breakfast. When I asked about it the next morning, I was told the person who cooks breakfast simply didn’t show up.

We had three rooms at this hotel, and every one of us was completely dissatisfied. Poor cleanliness, safety concerns, broken key access, and lack of basic services made this stay unacceptable. We will never return and strongly recommend others stay elsewhere.

There was mold on the sheets and curtains where the air blew out . I also had a lizard in my room. Everything in the room was rusty and dusty. staff informed us that some rooms The lock doesn’t work other rooms didn’t have TVs. Our key card didn’t work and was reset twice, but still didn’t work. We had to be let in by the front desk Person. one of us had to stay in the room at all times so that we were able to get back in
