Broken elevator
Cons:

I went to check in, immediately it was hot and musty smelling. The front desk person informed me that the elevator wasn't working and we would need to take all our cruise luggage up multiple flights of stairs. I asked why I didn't get an email, and she said that it was supposed to be fixed that week. I asked to cancel my booking.She was very kind about it to me. I assume that she had to explain this to quite a few people.

It was pretty bad! I wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The room was a nice size, bed was a nice size.

Cons:

So the first room the lights didn’t work and the elevator was out due to renovations. That room was on the 2nd floor then the next room was the 4th floor so we had to take the stairs to the room. The a/c leaked and I didn’t bother the front desk because she didn’t seem to want to be bothered about the first rooms issues. No breakfast by the way. Some rooms don’t lock on the outside.

Some staff are helpful, others showed little concern.

Cons:

Security locks broken, trim missing in room missing bugs in room mildew and bathroom window seals molded. Too many things really to mention. I wouldn't think a hotel relatively as new as this one is would be that much worse than the Holiday inn right next door..
