Gepflegtes Hotel in zentraler Lage aber ohne WLAN im Zimmer!
Pros:

Hell, freundlich, komfortabel und zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Kein WLAN im Zimmer, obwohl es anders ausgeschrieben war! Fehlende Unterstützung bei Ticket-Erstellung für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr weil das Personal gestresst oder unterbesetzt war. Fehlende Hilfe bei Fragen zu touristischen Aktivitäten. Schlechte Raumtemperatur, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist sondern nur Ventilator. Zu warm im Zimmer. Öffnen der Fenster erst durch Nachfrage an der Rezeption möglich. Sehr umständlich.

Lokacija, jednostavna prijava i odjava.

Cons:

Nema kesica kave iako su aparat za vidu, šećer, kesice čaja i jedna kesica mlijeka bile na stolu. Ogromna buka sa ulice pa se moraju držati zatvoreni prozori cijelu noć. Samo jedan ručnik za jednu osobu ostavljen je u kupaonici i ne dobije se sutra novi osim ako ne tražite.

Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Zurzeit ist der Ersatz Verkehr gerade direkt vors Hotel gelegt so das es sehr laut ist. In der Dusche fehlte die Ablage für
Duschgel und Shampoo jedoch waren die abgebrochenen Schrauben noch in der Wand wo man sich verletzten kann.

Great location, very helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location, adjacent to the station. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area. Staff were also exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I think maybe a dedicated work area downstairs would be good. But that’s just personal preference.
