Localização excelente para quem quer usar o comboio.
Bom pequeno almoço e funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Só limparam o quarto depois da quarta noite e depois de me queixar.
O chão do quarto é alcatifa e com nódoas.
Colchão muito mole.
Pouca iluminação no quarto.
Apesar das janelas fechadas consegui ouvir as pessoas nos bares em frente ao hotel.
Relação preço qualidade -muito má.

Gute Lage und Ausstattung. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die E-Mail-Kommunikation vorab war schwierig. Die Zimmer wurden im Rahmen einer Hochzeitsfeier gebucht, nachträgliche Änderungen und Nachfragen wurden erst nach erneutem Fragen umgesetzt. Insgesamt wenig Kulanz, vonseiten Hotel wurde dies damit begründet, dass die Buchung über booking.com vorgenommen wurde.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage am Bahnhof. Innenstadt fussläufig zu erreichen. Bio-Supermarkt in nächster Nachbarschaft. Discounter findet sich in der Bahnhofspassage. Saubere und ruhige Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Fenster lassen sich nur kippen. Ansonsten keine Kritikpunkte

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Bonn. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur bahnabgewandten Seite mit Kneipe und Busverkehr und haben bei geschlossenem Fenster (es gibt eine Klimaanlage) nichts gehört. Die Betten waren gut. Es gibt auf dem Zimmer einen Wasserkocher und Teebeutel, was ich genutzt habe. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht im Hotel, sondern in einer nahegelegenen Bäckerei.

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zimmer tip-top. Schallschutz zur Bahnhofseite optimal. AC regelt sich automatisch.

Cons:

Übereifriger Frühstücksservice. Kaum Sitzplatz verlassen, schon war alles abgeräumt. Nervig. Klare Instruktionen täten Not.
