The hotel was a good value for money. Reception folks and ladies are very helpful and polite.
The Room was clean and nice. The pool was ok, although a bit overcrowded. It’s possible to buy souvenirs or book tours on the ground floor.
There is a nice restaurant downstairs where all day meal is available should need one.

The room furniture and oven would need some refurbishing.
It was kind of challenge to cook as the cooker didn’t work properly and didn’t go off according to the position of regulator. It might be only in our room though and I don’t about others.

Decent hotel a little old fashion but not so bad. What was impressive are the housekeeping team, there were extremely friendly, helpful and very polite. I would like the particularly praise Shaidul Islam, Rajesh and Amar made sure my room was clean throughout my stay

This is a great hotel, the staff are SO lovely, very professional. We particularly wanted to praise Rajesh, from the housekeeping staff. Every morning we left the room he would greet us with a warm welcome, check with us to see if we needed anything and he made up our room so perfectly! He was very thorough, and ever so sweet; what a lovely man! He’s a real credit to the team. The room sizes are quite big, and the bed is huge! Everything was clean, and the room service is impressive! Massive portions, really nice food! The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the marina too! Thanks for having us Marina View!

One night stay. Hotel staff was good. The hotel itself is in need of an update but it was fine for one night. Fair value. Would stay again if necessary but wouldn’t be too excited about it either.

When we came, they told us that they are overbooked And that they give our room to someone else even thou it was reserved.

We booked here months in advance, only to arrive after 25 hours of travel to be told they don’t have a room for us due to maintenance and they were going to cab us 20 minutes away out of the marina to another hotel. No compensation and no other choice. After they made us wait another two hours, Expedia helped us move to another marina hotel. Choose another hotel, any other one if you want to avoid poor management and communication nightmares

Wonderful staff, great customer service,nothing too much trouble, from reception,restraunt to housekeeping
Central location.
Well equipped kitchen,full size fridge, washing machine (washing powder supplied by housekeeping) bottled water & bathroom supplies replenished daily.
Breakfast was continental.
Pool is wonderful but be conscious of sun being blocked by high rise buildings around it in afternoon.
1 bedroom app with camp bed for 3rd person. Mattress was uncomfortable, housekeeping even got a proper bed mattress.

Arrived after 9am in the morning to be greeted by a rude and unhelpful female receptionist, who checked us in. Every question asked was returned with payment no customer service at all. The concierge was an absolute plague every time you went into reception he was hounding you to get a taxi and made us feel uncomfortable and resulted in us trying to avoid walking in or out of the lobby. We enquired about taxi to the airport which we were told it would be such a price and when our bags were in the car we were told it was more expensive. Again staff were very rude and unprofessional.
Rooms were clean but very out dated and some repairs needed from wear and tear. However rooms were clean.
Breakfast was lovely and great choices were available.

Staff very helpful and friendly except for the lady who sits at the front organising tours etc as she was not helpful or pleasant. We where going to book a tour but after talking to her we changed our plans

I stayed at this hotel, and while the staff were friendly and polite, the overall experience was disappointing.

The room’s furniture was very old and outdated. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, my room had a strong cigarette smell that never went away throughout my stay. The worst part was the presence of small mosquitoes in the room at all times, which made it very uncomfortable.
