vu la date de notre séjour on comprend qu'il n'y avait pas de déjeuné chaud, c'était d'ailleurs spécifier dans notre réservation

Grande deception

Jai confirmé avec Booking que j'avais une chambre avec deux lits queen... alors que ca n'existe pas dans cet hôtel.
Aucun dédommagement..
Pour mon autre chambre pas d'ascenseur et ce n'était pas mentionné, mon pere est mobilité réduite ca ete tres difficile pour lui de monter.
La télévision n'avait pas de son, le frigo n'était pas branché, le chauffage fait énormément de bruit.
Lors du déjeuner aucune lumière dans la salle.
Je n'ai jamais fait de mauvais commentaire sur aucun hotel que je réserve avec Booking mais la je suis vraiment déçue.

Pros:

Way too expansive for the quality and age of the property. Needs to be updated. They clean the rooms every 3 days and that for 370$ per night. This city needs new hotels like Holiday Inn express or Hampton Inn etc. Tourists are captive with outdated expansive hotel in this city.
