The cleanliness of the room didn't meet what I have seen at many other Marriott hotels. It was not initially clear on Booking.com that it was valet parking only or that it would cost $40 per night.
The parking. Basically no parking at all. Valet is like $40 a night, that is extreme. Then any other parking is meter parking. So you’re paying for a room for your vehicle as well. On the booking information, need to put in big bold red letters about the parking cost. San Antonio is just wrong for all paid parking.
spacious room, more then enough towels, clean and proper bed but still got red rashes, breakfast served at time, and hotel provided with a swimming poll.
the breakfast didn't really have much fulfilling options, and the make issue is check in. i came for BMT Graduation ceremony and had an early flight, i tired to check in at 5:30 am but had to leave my stuff at reception and leave. even after putting a special request, i wasn't provided a room.
i checked in at 2pm and next day i came back around 2pm to check up, staff had already set my stuff in reception.
if check in is at 4pm and check out at 12pm, thats not even full 24hours, which is what we pay for.

So I will say the Valet staff was nice and helpful
We get in to check out only to be give KEYS TO AN OCCUPIED ROOM...THEN STAFF STATES OH THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME 😐, then for us to get woken up the night after at 230am to a fire alarm trying to get some rest before our long drive home!!! The staff manger could have at least gave us sort of apology or refund as promised !!
