Pros:

The front desk associate who checked us in truly made our stay incredible by placing us on the penthouse floor. I wish I had caught their name so I could give them the recognition they deserve! It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and being on the highest floor absolutely made his day. I also really enjoyed the valet parking and the complimentary breakfast—it all added to such a smooth, enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to hotel for future reservations. I have zero complaints! THANK YOU to the entire team for making this weekend so special for us!
