Pros:

Sali was helpful in changing rooms due to AC as well as the other stuff.
His colleague was also helpful who is taking the night shift. He thankfully put a note for the next shift to change rooms. The next shift take the note and implement. There was three employees who did great job. It has small kitchen which was helpful to us. The rooms are quite big enough.

Cons:

The AC is not sufficient in some rooms, parking is small, where we need to walk to the next parking

Pros:

Camera spaziosa, piena di ogni comfort, dalla macchina del caffè con le capsule, al bollitore, ai kit di bellezza in bagno. Non mancava proprio nulla

Cons:

Il piumone nel letto era troppo spesso per la temperatura della camera (ma è qualcosa che si trova spesso)

Best Staff Experience!
Pros:

The staff were amazing during our stay. Warm and friendly making our stay very comfortable. I travel a lot for work and I have to say, the two lady's running front desl and morning welcomes and breakfast were simply the best!.

Cons:

Nothing to comain about at all.

Gute Lage zu Messe und Festhalle
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zu Messe und Festhalle; sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung; Bequeme Betten; Zimmer ruhig und klimatisiert nach hinten raus. Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und Eierspeisen; freundliche Bedienung in Frühstücksraum

Cons:

Bad mit Dusche in der Wanne ohne Haltegriff, wenig Ablagefläche. Early Check-in (ca. 2 Std. vorher) hätte 49€ (!!) gekostet oder man musste Hotel Member werden. So mussten wir - obwohl das Zimmer frei war - warten/ wieder gehen (bei 35 Grad!), das Gepäck konnten wir einstellen. In keinem andern Hotel ist uns Vergleichbares bei Anreise ähnliche Zeit vor dem offiziellen Check-in passiert.
