When I came to the room. The shower refill is empty. They need to prepare this toileteries stuffs more carefully.

I had a business trip at the Frankfurt Book Fair and chose this hotel because it is very convenient to the business vanue. Just walk across the road and the small park, no need to take a train or a tram. The hotel reception even offered a bag of water, snack and fruits as a simple breakfast for the guests who attended at the fair. Impressive!

A great, clean and cheerful business hotel with a great location
Pros:

I stay in the nh Messe for the Frankfurt Book Fair every year and it could not be a more convenient location. It is more comfortable and friendly than comparably priced hotels, and while the breakfast is a little expensive I appreciate facing the day with energy.

Cons:

My only complaint is that they were replacing the key cards during my stay which was inconvenient.
