Room is very clean and simple.Nice air conditioning.Very good service.

Didn’t get to check-in no one was at the service desk to let me in

Good ac, cable tv, clean, affordable & perfect location

I would give this place zero stars if I could.

1) Property could not process debit/credit cards. Only way to pay was cash or through a LOCAL bank transfer. I only found this out after arrival.

2) The same person that attends the front desk, is the same person that cleans the rooms. Obviously he is overworked, is very rude and has a terrible attitude. ZERO customer service.

You have to WhatsApp him or call him when you arrive so he can let you in, IF he is available. Even though you are the paying customer, you gotta go by his schedule. AND on top of that you get an attitude like you are inconveniencing his life.

3) You only get 1 towel per person per stay. NO washcloths, NO Hand towels, NO bath maths. Good luck getting out the shower and not slipping on the cold tile in the bathroom like me.

4) Fridge stopped working mid stay, all my groceries that were in the fridge went bad.

I would love to know who owns this place, they should be ashamed. The service at this place is a disgrace. Do not stay here.

Todo fue bien, despues de recibir la llave, todo es mas facil. El hotel esta remodelado, las habitaciones estan muy bien equipadas. Cerca de restaurantes y snaks.

Centrally located

A very basic, inexpensive hotel. The location is great, five minute walk from downtown area. A supermarket is over the road. It has a little cafe adjoining also. In room amenities were spare, though. I had to ask for shampoo and was only supplied one tiny soap for a five-night stay. The reception area is not manned all day so I had to call a number on the day for the guy to arrive and check me in. There's good air conditioning (without means to regulate the temp though!), a minifridge that freezes everything and good wifi. It's well cleaned. A good option for budget travellers, just be aware of the limitations.

Check in went smoothly, front desk manager was kind and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. My recommendations would be a mattress pad, cups for drinking and hand towels/wash cloths for bathroom. Great location and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Muy bueno todo

Close to supermarket, low priced rooms, everything you need for a quick trip on a shoestring budget. There isn’t an ocean view, but it’s friendly, clean, safe, and affordable

The man that works here is super Nice. The room was very clean. The bed sleeps amazing! We Will be back! Thank you for everything!

Nice hotel for a short stay

Had to call numerous times and wait for someone to come check us in. Room has mold. Do not recommend this place and would NOT stay here again

Everything was amazing.

I liked that it was central to town and entries. However, the hotel could improve by providing a safe, beech towels and microwave in the room. Also the front of the hotel should be maintained. The hotel appearance gives a hostel vibe. Overall the location makes it recommendable. A few improvements and I would give 5 stars.

The manager is extremely responsible. Make contact with him before arrival for best service.
