Perfect location with great room, lovely food and very welcoming and helpful staff.

My stay was a 65 birthday treat
My partner arranged a surprise of flowers for when we arrived to our room ,no flowers 💐 very disappointed 😞 stayed 3 nights still no flowers.
We were very well looked after from reception at check in, drunks at the bar, evening dinner and breakfast. nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with the young staff members who were always helpful.
Cant fault our experience
Location perfect for the high street. Room was beautifully appointed, small but lovely and comfortable and full of character. The Salt Bar was lovely and so was the service in there. Reception, check in guy was lovely but took a long time to check us in.
Location great but parking a challenge. Car park full but managed to get a space on the main street outside. However our door was knocked at 6am the next morning and we were told we had to move it for the market. No signs, not told and not impressed to be woken at 6am on holiday. Did not get back to sleep!
Breakfast for the price was basic and should have included a cooked option for the price. We waited 20 mins for a latte and when we chased it up the guy was pretty rude saying everyone had arrived to breakfast at the same time and they were busy! not really apologetic and seemed annoyed that we chased!
Very nice decor and ambience
Restaurant in the evening not the best - sporadic service and food was not great quality
Gorgeous Cotswold chic style boutique hotel in the centre of Lymington High St. with easy access to shops, cafes and the marina. The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous decor, super comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. The staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful, Rowan on reception made a big effort to help me and provide a comparable phone charger when I realised I hadn’t packed mine. The dinner menu was excellent and breakfast was also excellent with a wide choice and freshly prepared. The hotel was great value fur money and I will definitely book here again as my first choice when in Lymington.
Just a suggestion that a safe could be provided in the room.
Everything .
Nothing .
Such a beautiful property in the heart of Lymington.
There was nothing to dislike. The occasional lorry rumbling down the quiet street, but otherwise not a problem.
Lovely boutique hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all fabulous.
The food was absolutely brilliant, the fish options were so fresh, and the staff were so helpful! Stan who checked us in was brilliant, such a wonderful welcome and help from him. The Salt bar was not only brilliant for drinks but the staff were lovely too. The room was beautiful and we cannot fault the stay at all!
The parking is a bit difficult if other guests have parked awkwardly, which makes it difficult. But it is on a first come first basis with the spaces as this hotel is located right on the main high street.
Location was great, decor was lovely and the bar was welcoming and lively
No available parking and lack of staff in reception area
