Personal genial,alojamiento se puede mejorar

En primer lugar las personas que trabajan,desde el primero/a al último/a,un 10 y en segundo lugar la ubicación,está muy muy bien situado

Cons:

La habitación pequeña,el material como parquet,bañera,lavabo de baja calidad y desgastado,te duchas y sale el agua por la puerta,éramos tres y había solo dos vasos,creo que no tendríais que permitir estas cosas,cuando conocí el primer hotel catalonia me quedé maravillado,no bajéis la guardia

Lage sehr zentral zu Museen wie Prado, Reina Sofia, … historischen Punkten
Frühstück Buffet sehr liebevoll hergerichtet, alles vorhanden und sehr geschmackvoll; im Angebot sind auch spanische Leckereien.
Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer groß, geräumig und sauber. Zimmermädchen hat täglich eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit hinterlegt.

非常舒服
Pros:

地理位置绝佳，到火车站很近，然后离主广场，太阳宫，格兰大道都近，过去非常方便。酒店的餐馆好吃，外面走几步就是día 天天超市，购物非常方便。

Wonderful, modern hotel located right in the heart of Madrid
Pros:

The hotel is located a short walk from Sol, so it's very centrally located in Madrid. Easy to get to/from everywhere with a short walk or a trip on public transit. The staff were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. It is a very comfortable and modern hotel with a great location.

Cons:

I'm not sure I can name something I didn't like. The breakfast was on the high side so we decided to skip it, but it's within normal range for the city and area. Everything else was great.

Cons:

Quite stuffy in the rooms, air con didn’t seem to cool. Could have been time of year. Very minor as we just had the doors to the balcony open

Etablissement accueillant propre et très bien situé

La suite est spacieuse mais la vue un peu restreinte (aménagement dans les combles)
