Pros:

The location was great, yiu can easily walk evrywhere. The staff was very welcoming and helpfull, they upgraded my room. The room was well equipted, bed was comfy.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid
Pros:

This was a beautiful, comfortable and super clean hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is right in the heart of Madrid and all the sights are easy to reach on foot. Would recommend for a stay in Madrid!

Cons:

We asked for a double room and got two twin beds, but the room was beautiful and comfortable so this was only a small complaint!

호텔에서 직원 이름이 Isabel이었습니다. 저희 아이가 첫날 몸이 안 좋은데 의사를 불러주시고, 따뜻하게 배려해 주셔서 아이와 마드리드에서 좋은 시간을 가졌습니다.
제 생일날 예쁜 케잌과 카드 풍선을 받고 큰 감동이었습니다. 호텔 위치, 내부시설의 청결함, 맛있는 조식과 직원들의 환대, 호텔의 중정의 아름다움 등이 마음에 들었습니다. 그 중에서도 마요르 호텔을 재 방문하고자하는 가장 중요한 점은 저희가 잘 지낼 수 있도록 배려해주신 Isabel과 직원 여러분의 따뜻한 마음입니다.

Great hotel for Centro Madrid citytrip!
Pros:

Great hotel, very clean and perfect location. A little disappointed arriving to a room with 2 single beds when we requested 1 double bed. The girls from late-night reception were not very accommodating in providing a satisfactory solution. The rest of the staff and housekeeping were great, friendly, and helpful! All in all, a great stay for a couple of days in Madrid, a perfect central location.
