It was great.

Loved the high ceilings and the decor of the room. The decor is very cultured. The breakfast was great! The people were very nice and helpful in every way and any way they can be.

I almost don't want to tell people about this special place so that it remains one of those quaint special hotels you want to return to time and time again. The landscaping is breathtaking. The rooftop view amazing. The staff is perfect. Breakfast is included and a hearty sit-down affair with impeccable service in a beautiful courtyard with hanging tropical plants with the sound of a fountain. It's safe, secure, beautiful, and the rooms are accommodating and air conditioned. The pictures on the website are for real.

Very convenient location. Room was very clean and bed comfortable, but room was very very small. This garden view room (room #2) only had one windiw, which opened to corridor facing garden, so at night closed the shutter so people don't see in, but was like sensory deprivation. Breakfast only so-so. Took forever to get hot water in shower. Staff very friendly.

Beautiful hotel, room, rooftop terrace, gardens, and super close to the Catedral & Plaza. Terry & Johnathon really took great care of us.

Rooms are clean but need updating and are small and dark. Difficult to sleep in as breakfast is right out of your window and you can hear people laughing and talking.

Lovely staff with immaculate housekeeping, excellent breakfasts, good location, beautiful central garden.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Staff were SO lovely, location is fantastic, patio/rooftop view is next level and they include breakfast that could suit anyone’s tastes!! Highly recommend

All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were beautifully decorated with Spanish colonial style furniture, and there was a lovely courtyard in the center of the hotel. Although the hotel was right on a busy street, we very seldom heard any noise from outside. The hotel was also located close to the park, shops, and beautiful churches. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, great location, safe, good food! And beautiful! The only comment is that we did not receive any of the “expedia VIP” perks for any of the three rooms we booked.

Our stay was wonderful. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Sergio was just amazing. This was our first time staying at this beautiful hotel and now our favorite one.

We booked a room with A/c which turned out to be a fan unit. That was the only complaint. People were very nice. Room was comfortable.
