The hotel a little tired and it wouldn't cost much to get it up to par. Our room had foot print on wall, the headboard needed a cleaning. Front desk team need training in hospitality except for the gentleman (whose name started with an M) who checked us out 9/18/25. He was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet could use work, maybe an omelet station and coffee. The staff at the buffet was excellent.

Per un 4 stelle mi aspetto molto di più. La vasca idromassaggio esterna della mia stanza era in condizioni pessime......fatto presente ma nessuno è mai venuto a pulirla.....e sicuramente non è stata colpa degli addetti alle pulizie perché sono stati sempre eccezionali e professionali. La colazione era troppo ristretta....un 4 stelle non può fornire una coalizione con pochissima scelta a buffet.....inoltre la cena a la carta, va bene qualora fosse possibile ordinare anche il bis, ma se per il bis devo pagare oppure se non posso scegliere un antipasto, un primo ed un secondo, ma solo un antipasto, un primo o un secondo, non diventa più mezza pensione ma 1/4 di all inclusive....e per un 4 stelle non va assolutamente bene. Inoltre quando sono arrivato in stanza c'era un problema perenne con le luci che a volte si spegnevano, a volte no, a volte restavano accese......l'aria condizionata non era il massimo......insomma, la struttura promette bene, ma la correttezza nel fornire il servizio per cui si paga, e non poco, riveste un ruolo estremamente importante. Ultima pecca: se ho un sito in Italiano, prenotazione fatta in Italiano, suppongo che all'interno della struttura vi sia almeno qualcuno che l'italiano lo parli.....invece così non è stato. Tuttavia ripeto, lo staff fa di tutto per farti sentire a casa nonostante le ipotetiche difficoltà linguistiche

WiFi was non existent, breakfast was okay but could do with more freshly cooked food

Nous étions venus en 2023 et avions eu une très bonne expérience, mais cette année les choses ont malheureusement changé. La plage de l’hôtel, présentée comme privée, est désormais accessible à tout le monde. Résultat : il y a beaucoup plus de monde et même des personnes extérieures à l’hôtel qui posent leurs serviettes juste à côté de nos transats, ce qui enlève tout le charme et le confort de ce service. C’est vraiment dommage et décevant.

De plus, l’hôtel dans son ensemble manque d’entretien. Les chambres auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement (peinture, climatisation à revoir – la nôtre ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû changer de chambre). La piscine n’était pas bien entretenue non plus, ce qui contribue à ce sentiment de négligence.

En résumé, le rapport qualité/prix n’est plus le même qu’avant et nous sommes repartis assez déçus.

We stayed for 6 days with teenage children and it would have been nice to have more activities during the day (and also a gym). There are many wonderful experiences advertised but in reality if a minimum number is not met, these were cancelled. Individualized experiences were expensive to the point of not being affordable but also scarce. I did not pre-book anything because the hotel advertised having their own adventure center. Decent restaurants on the island but Michelin star prices. We had a beautiful vacation so this is just a pointer for families with teenagers.

Bilo bi dobro da je vise osoblja hrvatskog porijekla tako da se našoj radnoj snazi pruži prilika a ne da moraju ici iz rođene zemlje u tuđu zemlju trbuhom za kruhom…

Preporuka uvesti buffet i za večeru kao što je i za doručak sto znaci dati vise izbora hrane…

Izleti 3 otoka smo cekali cijeli tjedan na koji nazalost nismo otisli a svaki dan smo se raspitivali i da od svih gostiju treba skupiti 14 ljudi gdje se prijavilo 12 osoba i nije se izlet realizirao sto stvarno nije u redu jer ovih 12 je stvarno htjelo otici i vidjeti ostatke Elafita…prilagoditi politiku poslovanja hotela….

Malo vise sadrzaja unutar samog hotela poput teretane i igraonice/parka za djecu…

Spa ne ispunjava očekivanja za hotel sa 4 zvijezdice. Također nisu dostupni svi sadržaji i nema posluge na području plaže i bazena.

Some rooms and parts of the hotel needs maintenance and some updating.

Also hotel is using wrong photos to promote experience suite. We booked this room as one photo in this category show a terrace with jacuzzi. But our room didn’t have this, and when we asked why they said only some rooms in this category have jacuzzis on terrace. I work in tourism, and this is false advertisement because all rooms in one category should be the same with same features. We then paid to upgrade to a room that did have jacuzzi on terrace and from photos could see that they actually had used photos from this category to promote the experience suite.

Hotel staff seemed confused and not really willing to admit or correct the clear mistake. This should be fixed.

There could have been more facilities like paddle board rental, but otherwise all was great and we have had lovely time.

Just a minor thing but the shampoos and shower gels were in very small packaging with was little bit annoying to use.
