DeBary Inn

I stayed three nights here. The inn is located in a very quiet and neat community, the building provides a warm, family-like environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. enjoyed chatting with the owner. the free breakfast and parking are convenient, and the location is fantastic with 5 mins walk to Summit downtown with numerous restaurants. Definitely will come back when I revisit Summit.

The home like style and it’s location

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, historic home. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome and cared for. The location was very convenient and walkable. Our room was comfortable and accessible from the first floor, which we needed. And breakfast was lovely. The staff even bagged up breakfast for us to take to the airport on our last day. So much more pleasant than staying in a hotel. I highly recommend.

Property was so pretty. Our room was very nice. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I have stayed here several times. Its good value for money and has a fantastic location in the middle of Summit. You can walk to bars and restaurants, and to the train station.
Breakfast is good and the rooms a comfortable and clean. They could do with a refresh, but its all part of its vintage charm.
I would definitely recommend for value and charm.

Debary is a beautiful place to stay. We truly enjoyed our stay although it was during the snow/ice storm. The staff fantastic! great service! They were very friendly and helpful.

My room had a very deep bathtub that I was able to fill to the brim with hot water.

Big old warm house. The room was very comfortable, everyone was welcoming and kind. It felt like being home.

Walking distance from downtown Summit, and convenient to Sunrise Senior Living where my parents are living.

Comfortable, quiet and clean accommodation with easy access by foot to downtown Summit and train to NYC. Warmer, more friendly environment than most hotels.

I like the common areas and the breakfast. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay of one night in the DeBarry Inn. The bed was comfy, so were the pillows. The room was smallish but felt sufficient for the two of us. The staff member at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable. The check-in and check out went off smoothly. We particularly loved the location- which is in a peaceful residential neighborhood, not in a commercial area. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good mix of eggs, yogurt, juices, fresh berries, bread & bagels, cereals, pastries etc. Overall, we really felt totally relaxed during our stay at the Inn.

The stay was fabulous. Generous room and bathroom. Good continental breakfast each morning. And great information from Emily when I checked in, and great information in the room as well. Would definitely stay there again. The funny thing is I lived in Summit for 13+ years (starting in 1999); I'm sure I went by this Inn a million times--never knew it existed!! I chose it because of the address--EASY walking to everything in town, which meant I did not need to rent a car.

We called at the Christmas Inn. This was a lovely place for us to stay over the holidays. It was decorated for Christmas and Hanukkah. They even played old black and white Christmas movies in the living room.Everyone was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t believe how easy it was to walk to the train station to get into the city and the shops and restaurants in Summit are wonderful. The snow just made it all more beautiful. It was like being home for the holidays only better.
