Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de notre séjour réservé car l’hôtel est définitivement fermé et nous l’avons constaté quand nous sommes arrivés devant l’hôtel car celui-ci ainsi qu’hôtel. Com était injoignable

Been staying at this properties for many times. Highly recommended for the strategic location, safety and ease access food and beach.

Location, cleanliness, wifi, quiet and friendly staff. Value for money

Except the hotel lobby looks new, the room facilities are quite old and still found insects in room. The room is clean and spacious. The location is good as close to beach and walking distance to night market. Breakfast choice is limited and not really good.

The room had lots of ants, and the walls had stains on it. We were on the second floor. The positives were the location(5 min walk from the beach)and the receptionist. She was friendly and very helpful. Because it's on a secondary road it's quietier than other hotels facing a main road.

The location is excellent because located near the tourist street with many eateries within walking distance and also the beach few hundred meters across the main street. Had a good stay and the staff is friendly

仕切りが小さく、シャワーを浴びると、浴室（トイレ）床がびしょ濡れになる。その他は快適。従業員の対応が優しい。

I have been this hotel for 2 night and look and feel comfortable with nice and clean room. Otherwise, the staff is not really familiar and kindly welcome. And if you choose breakfast option it is not good choice cause it is not buffet just choose one Vietnamese or Western style meal. I think you just go out and eat normal restaurant would be cheaper and better quality.

No smile, disappointing welcome.
Long wait at check-in, they did not seem aware of our arrival, they did not inquire about their reservations on the internet. Not a nice word. The room was not ready. No accompaniment to the room. The staff speak almost no English! It is therefore impossible to get information about the surroundings. Breakfast finished at 9.30am, not worth going there at 9.33am! At 9:30 we were at the desk to ask where the restaurant was for breakfast, the lady told me it was on the top floor. She let me take the assorer knowing full well that they were no longer serving this time. I go downstairs 1 minute later at the reception to explain that it was not nice .. and there she gets angry at me. No excuse anything, only a few words of English attached with difficulty to tell me it was my fault. The manager calm her employee but no excuse anyway! It's crazy ! I would not recommend this hotel !!

Good stay. Staff friendly .lift for the luggages.
Room very small .view on the rooms of the next hotel.

Around the hotel have a many best local restaurant.

Everything about the rooms was fine. They organized a bus to pick us up for onward travel. No breakfast but two restaurants just outside the front door serving excellent fod

Proximité plage, bonne situation . mais petit dejeuner à la carte et non buffet comme stipulé par ebookers sur la réservation.

Проживали в отеле 3 суток в июне 2016г., брали Делюкс с огромным балконом, вид на море просто обалденный, несмотря на то, что отель находится на 2-й линии. Расположение отеля в самом центре, номер чистый, относительно новый, Wifi работает исправно, уборка каждый день на отлично. В общем с удовольствием вернемся снова! И немного дегтя: с обратной стороны отеля идет стройка, но у нас выходили только окна ванной комнаты на ту сторону, поэтому не критично; персонал практически не говорит по-английски.

Hotel falsely advertises facilities that it does not have, I.e. tea/coffee making facilities, bathtub instead of shower. When we raised this with the 'manager' her response was awful, saying that it was hotel.com's fault and nothing to do with her!! She refused to refund our payment, or even move us to a room which actually included the advertised facilities. There's a reason why this hotel was half empty-because of the useless manager and terrible customer service. Avoid!!!
