Pros:

Very lovely hotel! Beautiful design inside! Comfortable beds and very professional staff. Everything needed is provided.

Cons:

The iron provided to the rooms is the worst I have ever used. I am aware is not an essential but at such hotel it is a shame.

Very relaxing and well run hotel.
Pros:

Great location and hotel very comfortable. Staff very helpful and thank you to the janitor who helped me work the shower. Breakfast good value. Great coffee.

la camera è enorme e bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, con bollitore, macchinetta caffe, acqua e un dolcetto omaggio, frigobar ben fornito. i prodotti da bagno ottimi e le salviette/accappatoi morbidissimi.
molto vicino al centro quindi comodissimo per muoversi a piedi, personale gentile.

Cons:

una sola pecca: abbiamo lasciato i bagagli fino a sera il giorno del check out, ci hanno giustamente dato i due tagliandini ed al momento del ritiro la ragazza ci ha portato 3 valigie (una in piu' NON nostra)
prestate piu' attenzione a queste cose, soprattutto in un hotel di questo livello

Pros:

A beautiful and impeccably maintained property with great dining options and very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality hot and cold dishes, as well as fresh pastries.

Cons:

The only downside was that the restaurant prices seemed rather high relative to the quality of the food.
