This hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The customer service was next level top notch. They truly cared about your experience and did whatever they could to make it the best. Hôtel was insanely clean, beautiful, well kept. Can not say enough great things about it.
Everything was perfect. Great location to the city centre, easy drive in and cheap parking around the corner (or under the hotel if you’re feeling frivolous!).
Staff were attentive, polite and nothing seemed to be a problem.
The hotel/bar/cafe/room was spotlessly clean and the decor looked very well maintained.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Pillows Hôtel, tout était parfait. L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres spacieuse et bien décorées, le petit déjeuner incroyable et l’hôtel dispose dune piscine très agréable !
Petit déjeuner pas donner mais délicieux et très varié donc vaut son prix, literie très confortable, personnel très accueillant et a l'écoute des besoins. Très bel hôtel en Tout point!
Petit problème de température d'eau dans la douche mais tout de suite pris en charge avec une proposition de dépannage par le personnel
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make my husbands birthday memorable. The kitchen staff were also so amazing at dealing with our food allergies and they did such a good job! The spa was so wonderful and the massage was really top class. I had a male therapist and it was obvious that he was professionally trained. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was just as spacious and the shower was like something out of a movie. Oh and the food was out of this world!!! We had a dinner at Olivier petit bistro and it was better than what we have eaten in Michelin star restaurants! The breakfast buffet was also so wonderful because they had so many dairy free options for us including vegan chocolate croissants which were the best thing we ever tasted. We will definitely be back!
I did not like the fact that I had organised surprise balloons and sparkling wine as a surprise for my husband upon arrival and when we got to the hotel for check in, the woman checking us in told me how excited she was to meet me after all the emails we exchanged and that the wine, chocolates and balloons were in the room. She said this in front of my husband which made my heart absolutely sink and it really upset me because I had gone to alot of effort to keep it quiet. I found this was unprofessional and defeated the point of even organising a surprise. After expressing my disappointment the hotel called and apologised profusely and they were really kind and did not charge me for the gift (even though they also got the cookies wrong) and they comped our first two drinks at dinner. It did not undo the ruining of the surprise but the gestures made me really feel like the hotel did their utmost to make it better. This was so appreciated and we will definitely return to the Pillows for our next trip to Gent in October.
