La camera era alquanto sporca e priva sia del secondo asciugamano da viso (viaggio di coppia) ma soprattutto non c’era il lenzuolo inferiore del letto! C’era solo il copri letto , tra l’altro, alquanto sporco! Solo prima di andare a dormire ci siamo accorti mancasse il lenzuolo ed essendo tardi, la reception ce lo ha fornito ma senza, ovviamente, rifarci la stanza.

Overall good to stay here
Pros:

The parking is very safety and convenient. Staff helpful. Big room with kitchen. Location is very good

Cons:

For people who’s cooking your bin will full very quickly (I stay for 3 night) and you’ll need to trash it by yourself if not you will have no bin to put your trash in. But if you want to clean up your room they’re going to charge you. I stay here in June the weather is very hot but the air con is mid slightly not comfortable for the weather.

Great location and good breakfast.
Stuff was very nice and kind

Cons:

For an entire week, my room was never cleaned. I went to the front desk to request housekeeping, but I was told that it was not possible. I was also told that if I needed fresh towels, I would have to come downstairs and ask for them myself.

In addition, they never replenished the toilet paper during my stay. The level of service was extremely disappointing.

Gute Lage, aber sonst....?

- Perfekte Lage: Innenstadt von Aix nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.
- teilweise freundliches Personal

Cons:

- Düsteres in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer mit katastrophalem Bett (völlig durchgelegene Matratzen mit GRÄBEN auf beiden Seiten., wenig komfortabler Dusche in der Badewanne, wenig einladender Küchenzeile...)
- schlechte Informationspolitik (vor Ankunft geschriebene E-Mail bzgl Parkmöglicheiten wurde z B bis heute nichg beantwortet; undurchsichtige Preispolitik für "Zusatz"services, die nirgends ersichtlich ist)
- keinerlei Service (keine Zimmerreinigung o ä, was für ein "Aparthotel" normal sein mag, was aber nicht zu den "Hotel"preisen passt; jede Rolle Toilettenpapier musste separat an der Rezeption abgeholt werden...)
- Frühstück mit täglich dunkelbraun aufgebackenen Croissants, das nie und nimmer 18 Euro wert war.
- Nur teilweise freundliches Personal an Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum

Vicinissimo al centro e colazione favolosa
Cons:

migliorerei la qualità dei cuscini, li preferisco in memory , invece c'erano solo di piumino che ci sprofondavo dentro, e non mi sostenevano la testa.

L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité immédiate du centre historique. C'est très calme et propre.

Cons:

Notre chambre-appartement était très petite, la circulation n'était pas aisée. C'est bien pour une nuit ou deux façon hôtel mais à utiliser comme un appartement ça peut vite devenir contraignant.
Au petit déjeuner, nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas plus de fruits et légumes frais (comme des tomates, concombres, agrumes... Il y avait seulement des pommes)
