Ottima location, hotel da rinnovare
Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro città e ai maggiori servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati). Garage al coperto e ad un costo onesto. Camera grande e con molto potenziale.

Cons:

Camera da rinnovare, molte luci non funzionanti. Cattivo odore all'ingresso della camera. Ventole di aerazione non funzionanti. Pulizia generale scadente, attenzione ai dettagli scadente. Colazione a 18 euro a testa, con la presenza di moltissimi bar nelle vicinanze, è un prezzo non giustificato.

Senza infamia e senza lode
Pros:

La posizione: assolutamente perfetta per visitare la città. Il fatto di avere un angolo cottura in camera per una cena veloce (supermercato a poche decine di metri) ma bisogna comprare tutto, dal tovagliolo al sale. Personale accogliente e gentile.

Cons:

Le pulizie non sono incluse e se soggiorni una settimana diventa un problema, anche perché la camera è molto piccola. Presente però una scopa ma senza paletta per raccogliere lo sporco, così come viene fornito un unico rotolo di carta igienica per tutto il soggiorno, quindi devi comprarti anche quella. Cambio lenzuola o asciugamani a pagamento: insomma la somma pagata vale ne più ne meno quello che viene offerto. Colazione assolutamente evitabile per assortimento e qualità: ci sono mille boulangerie in zona davvero buone.

Posizione TOP, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, Hotel consigliato!
Pros:

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi, a pochi minuti di distanza. Camere ben arredate e funzionali per una piccola vacanza. Abbiamo prevalentemente usufruito del parcheggio pubblico della città, ma abbiamo anche provato il parcheggio privato dell'Hotel (a pagamento) e l'abbiamo trovato funzionale come numero di posti, ma un po' scomodo per accedervi.

Cons:

La camera non è mai stata sistemata e pulita durante il nostro soggiorno (5 notti), dovuto anche alla nostra permanenza in camera fino a metà mattina, costringendoci a chiedere alla reception asciugamani puliti e carta igienica. Il personale diurno alla reception è sempre stato cortese e preparato, al contrario di quello notturno, che non parlava inglese e non è stato capace di spiegare (nemmeno con google maps in mano) la locazione del loro parcheggio.

Le studio est très bien agencé, bien équipé. très propre. Emplacement intéressant car central. Petit déjeuner avec du choix.

Cons:

Manque de stationnement compris avec la chambre. Il faut chercher autour de la résidence et payer toute la journée.
