I was contacted by a lovely gentleman to check what time I was arriving. I was greeted and given all the relevant information. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The location was perfect for our purpose and it was exceptional value for money. I would definitely come back next time I visit Blackpool. For the price I cannot find fault. Thanks again.
The bathroom was a little small but I am wide and 6’3 and the view wasn’t great. Things which didn't detract from an excellent stay.

No toast, No cereal or fruit, only one mug of tea. One piece of bacon, one egg, one sausage, one tinned tomato, one hash brown, beans, mushrooms.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the shower was great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It was excellent value for money. The room was quite hot and stuffy, but when I asked for a fan, one was provided straight away, which I really appreciated. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they served their purpose well. Overall, I would happily stay here again.
The bathroom being at the front of the bedroom wasn't ideal. The bedroom had no window of its own, so the only natural light came through the bathroom window , meaning you had to leave the bathroom door open. I also had to keep the bathroom window closed while showering because if a gust of wind caught the blinds, anyone outside could have seen in.
However, the bathroom itself was modern and well presented. It would just benefit from a shower mat, as it's very easy to saturate the floor when stepping out of the shower.

Great location, tidy and clean room.
Room was tiny and I mean tiny. Therefore no wardrobe but hangers were provided to hang some clothes underneath a shelf.
nice cosy hotel & location makes it easy how all hotels just around the corner from beach & train station not far to travel....

Staff were super friendly! Allowed me to drop my bags off earlier in the day before checkin so I wander around town.
Some of the facilities need updating and fixing. The shower doors were broken but I managed ok after a bit of manoeuvring.
