Great location for the area that I wanted to be in. Clean, tidy.
Breakfast was not onsite. Though this is more of a comment than a dislike. Breakfast was round the corner - 2 minutes max and was very good!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, it was good value for money, there was only one problem but rectified straight away
The property was lovely and clean really friendly staff. Highly recommend will definitely be going back. Breakfast is not on site but still lovely. Really enjoyed our day. Looking forward to stopping again very soon.

I come to Blackpool every year for a convention. For this price, the previous years, in other establishments, i dont' have the confort i had in the B&B Blackpool. Not far from the sea, the trainstation, the city... and the owner is so kind. Thank you for all. I will definitely book for next year.

just had to share what an absolutely wonderful experience I had at this charming little family-run bed and breakfast. From the moment | arrived, everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, which made me feel completely at ease. The breakfast offered each morning was not only delicious but also prepared with such care and fresh ingredients that it truly set the tone for the day. The warmth and friendliness of the hosts really made me feel at home, and every little detail was just perfect. Honestly, everything about my stay was simply amazing-it's rare to find a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. I cannot recommend this lovely bed and breakfast enough to anyone looking for a cosy and welcoming place to stay.
