The location is brilliant for what I needed
The fact I was up itching through night, didn’t think much of it in till I got home after a 5 hour drive, I had been bitten not once a lot!!! 🙈
Myself an my friend got very badly biten by bed bugs out doctors confirmed it we are both on antibiotics an out of work an the hotel havnt even acknowledged it they have completely ignored emails an phone calls. Absolutely shocking

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel and feel that the standard of service and accommodation provided was completely unacceptable.
The condition of the rooms was particularly concerning. The room had an awful smell, was not properly clean, and did not feel like a comfortable or hygienic environment to stay in. This is not the standard I would expect from a hotel, especially considering what I paid for my stay.
Furthermore, the lights in the corridors were not working. This is not only inconvenient but also raises serious concerns regarding the safety of guests. Having poorly lit or completely dark corridors is unacceptable and, quite frankly, does not appear to meet reasonable health and safety standards.
The breakfast was also extremely disappointing. It was advertised as a buffet, yet the experience provided was nowhere near what I would consider a proper buffet breakfast. The quality and overall offering were very poor and did not meet the expectations created when booking the hotel.
Overall, I had a terrible experience and did not enjoy my stay whatsoever. The cleanliness, smell, facilities, safety concerns and breakfast were all significantly below an acceptable standard.
I would like this complaint to be taken seriously and would appreciate a response explaining how these issues are being addressed. Given the poor standard of my stay, I would also like you to consider appropriate compensation or a partial refund.
Only booked this hotel as were informed it was close to a venye we were attending, Not much to like very run down hotel in need of a renovation, arrived at 11am asked if they were serving food to be informed no food available, mosquito plug ins in the room, hence we all got bitten, no black out curtains on windoes woke at the crack of dawn, please close down or renovate, bathrooms old fashioned beeds updating
The hotel in general very outdated rundown hotel
Not much. The staff were friendly enough, but I can't say much for the rest of the place.
I mistakenly thought that Best Western was at a higher level than other chain/motel type hotels. Alas not. They would probably be better demolishing this place, with its creaky floors, paper-thin walls, smelly bathroom, and starting again.
Mosquitoes were horrible. The mosquito plugs didn’t help. Unpleasant smell in the rooms.
Spacious and relatively clean
Staff imposed upon me I was "lucky" I was not going to be charged for parking as the barrier was broken , because they have problems with vehicles being broken into and stolen. Not what I want to hear when I leaving my car on site whilst I attend a wedding. The barrier was broken because it had been rammed, so for that reason we won't charge you to park here. Shocking customer service. Also breakfast was a joke. I was there for 30 minutes and didn't see a single member of staff. There was no cold beverages available the orange juice was empty and no water anywhere. I needed to take medication before I ate. The cooked breakfast was over cooked and had no flavour also
