Big , spacious and nice location.
For the amount of money that I paid , getting there without checking reviews and just to support a very hot night with NO AIRCON , only a tiny ventilator that did nothing honestly also a very small window that you cannot open . Ridiculous!
Excellent and professional staff. Room was perfectly clean, with kettle, tea, coffee and sugar available.
The furniture is very old and worn out, the mattress of the bed was of the old spring type. There is an unmaintained wooden floor everywhere, so you can hear creaking and grinding from the rooms above and next to it. The hotel is suitable for one or two nights, but for a longer stay I would choose another facility. The price corresponds to the quality of the hotel and its location.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to key attractions, business districts, and convenient transport. Whether you’re in town for work or leisure, staying here lets you make the most of your time without long commutes or complicated travel.
The breakfast selection is smaller than some larger buffets but still adequate and satisfying for a comfortable start to the day, with reasonably varied options of acceptable quality.
I requested an extra fan due to the extremely hot weather conditions, but I was informed that none was available. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. The carpeted rooms and corridors trapped the heat and odours, making the entire atmosphere feel stuffy, heavy, and increasingly unpleasant as the day went on. Instead of offering a cool, restful environment, the space felt closed-in and stale, which is far from the standard one would reasonably expect.
I have stayed here a few times and i always enjoy my stays. The rooms are comfortable with TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a good sized bathroom. The buffet breakfast is value for money, especially if you pay the night before it's £11.00.

Due to a late cancellation we were without accomodation ( nothing to do with Best Western) Best Western went the extra mile to give us a short notice booking and then upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost.

Food, pretty much microwave food, two cans of fosters sausage and mash and a chicken tikka with rice £40! No offer of a glass for the fosters! Originally ordered cottage pie, waited 25 mins for them to come back over and tell us they were out, so my wife chose sausage and mash instead and brought over a card reader to charge us £1.40 extra for the privilege, normally in this situation a proprietor would offer the next meal at the same price. The room, spacious, boiling hot, as the windows were closed with the curtains open, so no attempt to cool it down even though I booked the room in the morning and didn’t arrive until early evening around 7pm, the bathroom very clean but the shower only had two settings and that was hot or really hot, the cold mixer part didn’t seem to operate at all! And then the bath would fill up with your shower water and take a few hours to drain, and when drained a load of gunk came out! The tv is situated to the left of the room so when in bed to watch something you kind of have to sit on the wonk to see it, and it was an old tv, not smart, picture quality crap. The hotel seriously needs updating throughout! Walls outside have fallen down as you enter the drive, there’s a big bit of wasteland with security robot scanner things in place, just not an inviting place to rbe!
Staff were helpful and friendly
No Air Con in bedroom the whole place needed a good clean, curtains are filthy. We hired a conference room, the table was dirty. Teas and coffees not delivered on second day.
The hotel needs a revamp and paint and clean.
