Thurrock hotel - no worth a visit
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

No Air Con in bedroom the whole place needed a good clean, curtains are filthy. We hired a conference room, the table was dirty. Teas and coffees not delivered on second day.
The hotel needs a revamp and paint and clean.

Okay, but won't be returning.
Pros:

Staff were friendly but there seems be little staff around.

Cons:

The hotel lobby etc looks nice but the hallways to the rooms are dated and rundown with a bad attempt to cover marks on the wall by using the wrong color paint to just patch things up. The bed was so old and the mattress was horrible it was dipped, you could feel every spring and the rooms were hot with no AC.
