Cons:

We visited this hotel for a meeting organization. As a frequent traveler, I can say this might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s impossible to sleep due to the noise from the adjacent road. The rooms are extremely dated and covered in dust. To make matters worse, there were mosquitoes everywhere.

The meeting room situation was a total disaster. Despite our prior arrangements, the layout was not what we agreed upon. The receptionist was incredibly rude, dismissively stating, 'This isn't our problem; I can't do anything about it.' We ended up having to set up the room with the help of the restaurant's chef. Even the tea and coffee station used filthy, stained thermoses. I will never return here, neither for a stay nor for a meeting.

Pros:

The room was basic and clean and really all I needed, but not the sort of place I'd book again for work

Cons:

Felt like an abandoned building - very tired and shabby. Concerned by the 3 star hygiene rating and very dry bland breakfast

To many stairs no lift with cases/bags difficult . No restaurant on a Sunday no evan snacks .hat to get taxi as nothing nearby all areas a bit dated

Hotel is located in a good place near motorway, but i could not hear the traffic noise.
Pros:

Room very good lovely shower, quiet pleasant stay.

Cons:

Problem with payment. expecting a refund because of over payment.

Nice staff, but too close to very noisy road, no bathing privacy & very hot rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, nice fresh fruit.
Room was spacious but felt ‘empty’.
Small fan in room as was very hot.
Iron & iron board.
Staff were mostly very friendly & helpful.
Outside space was nice.
Standard of interior design in hotel very nice, though around stairs & hallways felt a bit tatty.

Cons:

Issue with Booking.com, hotel said had not received payment so we had to pay again. Now need to sort out with Booking.com. Not sure why hotel is not sorting this out for us too?
No privacy in the bathroom as no blinds & poor obscuring. Acid etch windows needed!
No privacy in bedroom as only thick curtains, not nets or other means for privacy.
No aircon.
Very hot & dark room, floor standing lamp needed to be on even when curtains open.
Bed was super hard & uncomfortable.
Could not sleep at all, road very noisy all night. Would not stay again.
No bar if an event is on.

Basic but comfortable stay.
Pros:

Receptionist was friendly and efficient, and seemed to be everywhere! Breakfast had good variety. There was plenty of room in the car park. Shower was invigorating and easy to use.

Cons:

Very tired and dated. Appear to be understaffed.
