泊まりに行ってこんなに気にせずすごせたのは初めて
Pros:

古風でシンプルな朝食や、コーヒーのサービス、色々言われないところも良かったです。きらくに過ごす事が出来ました。申し上げわすれましたが、ハンガーを壊してごめんなさい。二日間ありがとうございました。

部屋が喫煙部屋。
Pros:

価格がリーズナブルの上に朝食がついていた。
朝食美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋がかなり煙草くさく、とにかく煙草を吸わない人や子供連れには、良くない。
ユニットバスが狭すぎて使いづらい。

PayPayドームが目的だったので　近くて便利でした。
Pros:

駅が近くて便利だった。朝食も美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋の入り口が狭くて出入りが不自由な感じでした。押入れに入ってる毛布が古臭かった。窓からの景色は何も見れなかった。

連泊したのですが、慣れてくると居心地が良かったです。
Pros:

大濠公園やPayPayドームに歩いて行けることがよかった。
朝食もおにぎりと唐揚げ、サラダ、味噌汁、小鉢があり
朝からちょうど良いメニューでありがたかったです。

Cons:

建物自体は古いので仕方ないですが
シャワー温度を自分で調節するタイプでした。

客室がボロボロでカビ、埃臭い
自分まで臭くなった
空調もヒビが入っている
ユニットバスのパッキンはカビだらけ
お湯を流したら蓄積したカルキなのか白く硬い塊が出てくるし、お湯の流れも非常に悪い
シャワーの湯温調節が非常にやりずらい
換気扇からは茶色い水が降ってくる
浴室カーテンは尿臭・生乾き臭がする
トイレは他の設備に比べて新しかったが、スペースが狭くて便座が全開に開けない
コインランドリーも整備清掃しておらず、片方にはゴミ取りネットがあり片方にはゴミ取りはなかった。ゴミ取りネットがある方も、埃や茶色いカスが溜まりまくっていた。乾燥機も埃だらけだった
急な宿泊を受け入れてもらえて助かったけど、直前まで空き部屋があるホテルの地雷さを考えるべきだった
