Love the room and staff but breakfast has gone downhill
Pros:

We love the rooms at the Orient. The beds are so comfortable and the linen and doonas are soft and plush. We love the deep bath and skin care products. Everything is high quality

Cons:

We were very disappointed in the breakfast
The usual level 17 room was not available so the ambience was sorely lacking. The variety of options didn’t seem up to normal standards and the meal I ordered crab and eggs benedict was flavourless and soggy.
At 110,000 yen this felt not good value.
We are not inclined to return after this experience.

Pros:

綺麗で駅とアリーナのちょうど中間にあり場所が良かった。

Cons:

値段の割には、、という印象。
ソファーは少しくたびれた感があるし、朝食はすごく待たされた上に、バイキングのメニューを見る前に、一品メニューをすぐに決めるよう求められる。さらに同じものを二つ頼んでも一つしか来ない。。
忙しいんだと思うが、やはり値段の割に、、と感じてしまう。

직원분들이 너무너무 친절했습니다. 세심하게 신경써주시는 부분들이 좋았고, 숙소 시설이나 청결도도 너무 만족했습니다. 룸 크기는 보통 일본 객실에 비해 큰 편이라 넉넉하고 편안하게 지내기 좋았습니다!

この度親族の結婚式会場ということで宿泊いたしました。
チェックイン時に「おめでとうございます」とまずお言葉を頂戴しました。
スタッフの皆さんの笑顔と親切な振る舞いがとても良かったです。
ベッドが今までで1番の寝心地でした。
朝ごはんも美味しかったですう

Cons:

残念なところで最上階の朝食会場が改装中のため6階に変更だったこと。また次回のお楽しみにしておきます。

運悪くうるさい隣がいなかったら最高だった
Pros:

立地もよく、スタッフさんもとても素晴らしいホテルです。最高でした。フィットネスジムが無料でしかもウエアやシューズも無料でレンタルでき、とても快適でした。

Cons:

隣の部屋の人が夜中まで騒いでいて、うるさくて眠れなかった。一度フロントにお願いしたが、改善されず、2度目でようやく静かになった。
若く、常識がなさそうな人の時には一声夜中に騒がないようチェックインの時に言ってもらえるといいと思います。
本当にうるさかった！
