旅館本身裝潢非常的好，不過地點離三宮站與神戶港都稍微有點遠，攜帶行李的時候不太方便
Pros:

旅館位於舊居留區，有很多精品名店以及歷史遺跡。離神戶港也勉強算在可以行走到達的距離，離三宮站也算是可以走路到達。房間設計引入許多舊時期的元素，裝潢非常出色。

旅館旁邊是神戶市立博物館，有對神戶以及舊居留區很詳細的介紹，這部分的展覽是免費的，如果可能的話可以在入住旅館時參觀一下，對神戶會有更清楚的概念。

旅館工作人員的服務精神超級棒。我們在 terrace 的開放時間過後才探頭進去看一下，仍然得到正在收拾的員工熱心的介紹，讓我感覺很不好意思打擾她的工作。

Cons:

這間旅館雖然從三宮站可以走路到達，不過我建議最好還是叫計程車。在這個前提下，其實可以不用考慮離車站有多近，而直接看旅館本身的設備來選擇最適合的旅館。我訂的房間理論上可以看到港景，不過旅館高度不夠，窗口看到的只是前面的停車大樓。就算在頂樓的 lobby 也會被前面的建築物擋住，所以可以不必考慮港口景觀這部分。

Lobby 的 check-in 如果能夠提供迎賓飲料及點心，可以打發等待的時間就更好了。那裡是最高的樓層，不過窗戶的設計並不適合照相，有點可惜。

Pros:

Certainement notre hôtel préféré sur nos 3 semaines au Japon.
Tout simplement sublime, vue à couper le souffle sur la baie, chambres et salles de bain superbes, pleines de charme et très confortables.
Personnel efficace et agréable.

Pros:

駐車場の荷受けの対応からエントランスでのとても親切で気持ちのいい対応。部屋に行くまでの良い香り。部屋の清潔感、静けさは特別感があり優越感も高まっていい経験でした。年間かなりのホテルに公私で利用してますがダントツです。

よかったです！
Pros:

今回はスタジアムに用があったため立地はとてもよかったです。
平日だったからかチェックイン、アウトともにスムーズでした。

Cons:

2泊しましたが夏場だったため洗濯をしたかったですがホテルにも近隣にもコインランドリーがなくて残念でした。
予約方法が悪かったのか子ども2名の計4名にはキングベッド1台は狭かった。追加ベッドを依頼したつもりでしたがうまくできていなかった。
