Wonderful stay. Would love to come back again.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Big rooms and tastefully decorated. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were amazing too. Love this place, exceeded expectation. Location is not bad, it’s on the side of Daimaru, higher end shops, the main shopping area is about 5-10 mins walk away so easy.

Nothing.

神戸の魅力を存分味わえる、立派なホテル。
Pros:

スタッフの方々の親切な対応がとても印象的で、滞在中ずっと心地よく過ごすことができました。
洗練されたインテリアは落ち着きがあり、客室からの眺めも素晴らしく、非日常を味わえる空間でした。
朝食は素材の良さが感じられ、一品一品が丁寧に作られていて、朝から贅沢な時間を楽しめました。
立地の良さも含め、快適さと上質さを兼ね備えたホテルだと思います。
次回神戸を訪れる際も、ぜひ オリエンタルホテル神戸 に宿泊したいです。

特になかったです。大浴場があればもっと良かったかな。。

思い出に残る素敵な期間でした！
Pros:

接客の質、内装の質ともに上質でとても素敵な宿泊ができました！

Cons:

強いて言えば格式高い、歴史のあるホテルだけに、その後に建設された建物等で宿泊部屋のロケーションが飛び抜けていい訳では無かったです。
