Great location

On the first floor, the vanity basins, the water was not hot, it was running luke warm. It made for a bit of a painful shaving.

Convenient and suited our needs.
Pros:

Proximity to the event we were attending. Room was great for a one night stay. The outdoor table and chairs are very pleasant.

I use to own an apartment in this suburb and it is very safe.
Pros:

GOOD value for money, I was upgrade at no extra cost. Easy walk to the ferry.

There was no promised breakfast

Cons:

The staff didn’t communicate , no breakfast, no air. Conditioner. The ensuite was too small. The power points were unsafe.

Good budget accommodation in a fantastic location
Pros:

Fantastic location near the ferry. Room was clean but there was only luke warm water in the showers. A good, well equipped kitchen.

Great budget accomodation close to Sydney cbd
Pros:

I love the location.
200 mts from Neutral bay ferry station and a 20 min (beautiful) walk to the train.
It takes tou 10 min to be in the Sydney cbd.

I did a late check out and the process was so easy.
My room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The room wasnt properly clean.
I let reception know I was gping to arrive at 10 pm so they had plenty of time to clean the room.
I was surprise and dissapointed when I got to the room and the floor was full of hair and stained.

Great place to stop on the Bondi to Manly walk.
