It is located near the Hakata station (5-min walk). Given the price, the location is excellent.
The room size is compact, but there is a fridge. Actually, this was my second stay. I am happy to use this hotel again.
The room is a bit too small, and the soundproofing is not great. Indeed, when I stayed, there were noisy neighbours.
