L'endroit pourrait être tout à fait charmant avec une rénovation des lieux
Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel, formidable, professionnel, aimable et serviable !
Le parc est magnifique et l'accès aux piscines thermales est très appréciable !

Cons:

Malheureusement nous avions une chambre "vieillotte", qui a un besoin urgent de rénovation (tapisseries arrachée par endroits, carrelage cassé dans la salle de bains, chasse d'eau qui fuit, manque d'étagères dans la SDB pour poser les affaires de toilette et mal agencée pour des séniors ...
Le personnel nettoie fort bien mais la vétusté rend leur tache sans fin ...

Cons:

Backs onto council park. Had a VERY LOUD concert going till midnight over which the hotel had no control BUT should have known concert was on & warned us. Concert was right outside our window. Not relaxing for us
