朝食が美味しかったです。
外国人の従業員の方たちは、朝の清掃時に、笑顔でテキパキとこなしていました。感じがよかったです。

Cons:

ネットで部屋の予約をした際、シングル２室（女性）で申込みしたが、チェックイン時に、まさかの5階と7階とフロアがわかれていたことを知りました。
「同じ階にしてもらえないか」と希望したところ、フロントの女性のスタッフさんがムッとした顔をして、「そういうことは、予約の時に言ってください」と言って、面倒くさそうに変更手続きをしてくれました。
嫌な気分でした。

お部屋はとても綺麗に過ごせましたが受付の女性があまりにもツンケンしてました。宿泊したいと思わなかったですね。
Pros:

スムーズにチェックインしました。ライブのためのアパホテル宿泊しました。荷物宅配を受けてもらえありがたかったです。

Cons:

チェックインの時女性の方がまったく笑顔がなく、愛想もなく歓迎の気持ちがなかったのでとても残念です！きっとベテランさんと思いますが。男性の方は笑顔がありほっとしました。
