Lage ist gut, aber Laut.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörige Wände/Fenster. Wenn du im Urlaub erholt ausgeschlafen sein möchtest, nicht empfehlenswert. Das Hotel entspricht sein 4 Sterne nicht. keine Pflegeprodukte im Zimmern, verbrauchte Möbel mit Kratzen, Tapeten sind an manche Stellen abgerissen.

Die im Wellnessbereich waren eher unhöflich, ich musste für mein Handtuch zahlen und Pool war auch zu zahlen. Das personal oben im Hotel war aber sehr nett

Istanbul is a magical user friendly destination, the food was excellent , so much history.
Pros:

the breakfast was satisfactory, roof top location pleasant. they can improve on the quality of the omelette a simple dish to master. staff was helpful. staff a reception very helpful

Cons:

NO arrangement was done to collect me at the airport even if it was in the package. first impression is very important for all clients. i will not be using your facility for my next holiday.

We must insist on cleanliness, in the room we were initially accommodated in, the window did not close, the room was small, although it said it was 21 square meters, but it was no more than 16 square meters, there was no cleaning during the three days, we did not even receive toilet paper.
