Pros:

Cleaning was nice, 👌 perfect. No problem 😌. It was ok 👍.

Cons:

Some people were talking loudly at night time, little noise was heard.
No bath Tub for shower it was a defferent shower like in standing position.

good breakfast but don't expect western breakfast we are in turkey not uk and attentive staff
near metro station -left a different cake for you in the afternoon

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to a metro station (M2). Within a 5-minute walk there is a tram line (T1), and nearby there is also a bus stop served by several lines. The area is safe and lively, even late at night. There are always people around, restaurants are open or closing late, and you can feel safe walking around.

We stayed during the New Year holidays, and the streets were constantly full of people, which added to the overall atmosphere.

The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful, especially the reception team, always willing to assist. The hotel also has a spa center, which we did not use, but we were offered access to it.

Rooms are cleaned daily, with regular refills of water, sweets, coffee and tea. The price is reasonable for what you get, around 130 EUR per night for three people with breakfast included.

Breakfast is the same every day, but there is a wide variety of food. You can also order eggs or omelets prepared fresh by the chef. Breakfast is served until 10:00 AM, which is convenient if you want to sleep a bit longer. It is served on the 8th floor and offers a nice view.

Sound insulation is very good, which can often be a problem in Istanbul hotels. There is no noise from other rooms. Only some noise can be heard if guests are louder in the hallway near the elevators, but the room and bathroom insulation is good.

There are several reasonably priced restaurants near the hotel. There is also one restaurant that is more expensive, but we do not recommend it, as the food quality was not good.

Cons:

The only small downside was the limited space and number of hangers for clothes. Our room faced the back of the hotel, where there was a small construction site, but it did not disturb us at all.
