Good location, spacious apartment, easy to park the car.

Cons:

Reception is only open during very restrictive time schedules.
They had construction work on the pool that started very early on a morning! Not very restful stay.
Sauna is charged additionally and did not seem worth it!
We are asked to throw the trash before leaving (or paying a 30EUR fee) but the trash can in the streets requires you a card to open?

Una chicca a due passi dal lago
Pros:

Vicinissima al lago, appartamento spazioso e moderno, perfetto per piccola famiglia con cagnolino (parchetto per passeggiatina vicinissimo, punta gro per passeggiatona a 2km)

Io e mia moglie siamo stati benissimo, lo consiglio.
Pros:

La disponibilità dello staff. La posizione tranquilla a 10 Min di macchina o 15 di bici ( messe a disposizione gratuitamente) dal centro. Appartamento grande e pulito con tutto il necessario. SPA intima utilizzabile con un piccolo surplus. Parcheggio proprio di fronte gratuito .
