Good stay and friendly staff
Pros:

I literally liked everything about this place, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are big and clean

Cons:

The only part that I didn't like is that there's no balcony in the rooms haha, and the breakfast was disappointing comparing to the other hotels I was in

Beau, bon mais froid et cher
Pros:

Très propre, grand, aménagé avec doin et qualité. Très bien le buffet du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Peut-être faute à pas de chance sur le jour de notre visite, mais le personnel, malgré qu’ils étsient tous très courtois, donnait l’impression qu’il y avait une ambiance lourde entre eux.
Pas de bouilloire ou machine à café dans la chambre.
30 francs une pizza, c’est quand même absurde

easy hotel when staying in Pfäffikon.

Cons:

Smoke. they often have gatherings, functions, etc. and it smells like people can smoke in the casino? Not sure I don't gamble, but when you walk through reception area, it can sometimes smell like smoke.

Es gibt wahrlich bessere und freundlichere Hotels.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und funktional. Toilette mit kleiner Badewanne hat mich nicht gestört.
Frühstück ist gut, wobei der Platz eher knapp war, Personal ist ok

Cons:

Klimaanlage war sehr schwach und reicht nicht für dieses Zimmer
Aussicht ist gar nicht speziell und das Fenster kann man nur öffnen, wenn man den Tisch wegschiebt
Zimmer und Bad sind sehr klein
Gegenüber sind die Zimmer viel schöner. Es war sehr heiss und man wollte mich nicht upgraden
