I felt like I was ripped off for the price of the room that I received.

I’m a top level three level member with Booking.com. There is no upgrade the room. It was small and pokey and very narrow and felt like a jail cell. Not that I have been in one. The walls were darkly painted creamy colour. The lighting was bad. It felt like Third World country in my room and the air-conditioning was very poor.

Pros:

Perfect if you have business in Schwyz and Rapperswil. Have all facilities including conferences and good restaurants also. The breakfast has a large assortment. The staff is very helpful and professional.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war exterm gut, es fehlte an nichts. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet eine "Wohlfühlathmosphäre". Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage sehr gut am See gelegen mit Wandermöglichkeiten vom Hotel aus. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr geräumig und hat viel Platz, allerdings nicht kostenlos.
