Great location and excellent team
Pros:

The hotel is really close to various restaurants, attractions and not too far from the old town.
I was ill during my stay and the staff could not do enough to help me, from calling the doctor out, helping with pharmacies, checking in on me and assisting with anything else I needed - in my experience, it can be rare to find such accommodating staff. Thank you.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay with great service and a relaxed, quiet atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the constant access to filtered drinking water, which was a big plus. Breakfast was good and fresh, and the restaurant staff were absolutely amazing – very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside was the location – it’s a bit far from the city center. However, the area itself was calm, quiet, and peaceful, which can actually be a nice advantage after a busy day.

Good location and good restaurant next door
Pros:

Location was very good. Breakfast was adequate. Reception staff were keen to help but serving staff did only what was required.

Cons:

Rooms were very variable in quality. Omelettes etc would be good for breakfast.

Good hotel for a short stay in Quito
Pros:

Good breakfast but it will be good if it coukd start earlier.

Cons:

Breakfast starting at 7am is a bit late as we usually have to leave the hotel early for our activities. Not even one hanger in the room.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Parecerá un detalle insignificante, pero me gustó mucho que tuviera un buen olor. Al entrar a la instalación y al subir las escaleras se percibía un buen aroma. Por otro lado, el personal fue muy amable. Nos permitieron tener las maletas en custodia después del check Out y pudimos salir a pasear y después recoger las mismas.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, desayuno variado y muy rico, la habitación muy cómoda y abrigada con todo lo necesario para ir por trabajo. La limpieza impecable

Cons:

Las toallas de la habitación ya se veían desgastadas, por lo que sería bueno renovarlas. La llave de la habitación, habría también otras puertas y eso me asustó un poco

Would definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Staff went out of their way for me on multiple occasions, upgraded my room (which was massive, very comfortable and immaculate), and they spoke great English which was fabulous given my almost non-existent Spanish beyond the basics. I had a big bag of laundry done at a good price with same day service. Restaurant onsite was reasonably priced, had a good variety of food, and the service in here was also spot on. Breakfast was included, and was tasty.
