It was an excellent stay after a hectic pilgrimage in Rome
Pros:

The location is just a 2-3 min walk to Santa Maria della Grazie. Staff is awesome and accommodating to my needs.
They prepared my room because I told them that I will be alone on this trip and my friend will not be with me due to the bombing in the Middle East.
I asked the reception about the bus timing in going to Monte San Angelo and he wrote all the information for going to Monte San Angelo and back to San Giovanni Rotondo.
I also checked out early, and the staff was nice enough to prepare an Italian coffee and a Cornetto (but I refused the Cornetto).
Food was tasty, good and cheaper than in Rome, and there was an Italian and English translation of the menu.

Pros:

Proximity to the church. Probably the closest hotel to the Basilica of Padre Pio- 2 to 3 minutes walk up the hill from the hotel. The staff are lovely.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that they did not have iron to press and change into new clothes. That to me is poor and lack of proper care. They also don’t have kettles in the rooms. Something they need to look into. The rooms in the reception area are a bit dated but rooms on the other side are absolutely spacious and top notch. Could they also review the check out time. It is way too early. My flight back was 6:45 pm and checking out at 10 in a small town like San Giovanni Rotondo was a bit of a nightmare. There is no where to go and nothing to do.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, dosłownie przy tych ważniejszych obiektach, dosłownie 200 metrów od Bazyliki i kościółka Ojca Pio, także mogliśmy kilka razy tam chodzić w ciągu dnia. Przemiiły kontakt z panią, bardzo pomocna,,można było zostawić walizki już po wymeldowaniu na cały dzień, co było dużym plusem. Pokój bardzo czysty i wszystko w nim było co trzeba. Jeśli chodzi o śniadania to jadlam tam chyba najlepsze croisanty. Polecam na 100 % 🤩

Pros:

Hotel excelente, os quartos são muito confortáveis, tinha aquecedor até no piso, além de um ótimo chuveiro, roupa de cama limpa e macia. Café da manhã e restaurante do hotel também são bem gostosos. Matteo, o garçom do restaurante nos deu ótimas dicas e nos ajudou com o idioma. Tudo impecável.
