Pros:

Stupenda accoglienza che già conoscevo, son andato a colpo sicuro. Grande disponibilità del personale. Ubicazione ottima sia per la vicinanza al Santuario che al capolinea degli autobus. Anche il ristorante di ottima qualità.

Pros:

Walking-distance from the Padre Pio Sanctuary, I think it is the most (or one of the most) close to it.
The in-site restaurant is also excellent, which is a bonus.
The staff was gentle.
Garage for an extra cost, but it is really convenient.
Good breakfast, with fruits, breads, machine-coffe, etc.
Just-renovated bedrooms, everithing was excellent!

Cons:

Some of the rooms are reached from the garage by an short open area, which can be a problem on raining days.

I liked the location and the staff where nice.

Cons:

I didn't like the rooms much while we where there the weather wasn't the best so it was quite cold. The heater in my room was broken so it was extremely cold especially at night time. I also didn't like how the balconies where shared with other rooms which wasn't stated in the booking. I couldn't leave my balcony door open or the blinds open for fresh air and sun because I didn't want someone walking in while I was out or looking in my room. The taps in all the rooms where extremely squeaky so at night if someone turned on their tap on in their bathrooms it made a very loud continous squeaking sound that wouldn't stop until turned off. Someones bathroom was right up against the wall to my room so when they turned on their tap it was waking me up at night time and I couldn't sleep until it was turned off.

Pros:

O hotel é muito agradável. O pessoal atencioso e gentil. Fica muito bem localizado. A poucos metros da Basilica. Ao lado de onde partem os ônibus para o Monte de São Miguel.

Vicinisimo a san Pio e la chiesa a pochi pasi dall albergo.

Cons:

Non piaciuto il bagnio aqua si fermava per water e doccia molto streta.
