Important information:

From Monday to Saturday, WE DO NOT HAVE RECEPTION SERVICE, however it is possible to receive directions or any help from 09.30 to 12.30. You will find us from Monday to Saturday and in the evening reception will open only and exclusively for new check-ins from 4.00 pm :00 to 18:00 (arrival time to be agreed). Reception may be closed on Sundays and public holidays. Guests planning to check-in or check-out outside these hours must contact the property in advance to make necessary arrangements.

- Bed linen is provided by us upon arrival and weekly we offer 1 change for free, which will be delivered to you on the day and you will have to change it, the dirt will have to be delivered down to the reception.

- Air conditioning is available at an extra cost of EUR 10 per day.

- Final cleaning is not included and it is charged €50.00 extra. Upon departure, guests will have to dispose of waste in the appropriate containers that will be indicated to you by us. Kitchen must be left clean of any dishes.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Erittäin siisti lomahuoneisto rannan tuntumassa. Tilava autoparkki sisäpihalla sekä suuri parveke. Algheron keskustaan kävelymatkaa parisen kilometriä.

Byt bol pekný a pomerne v dobrej polohe vzhľadom na vybavenosť a blízkosť obchodov a zastávok autobusov, ak vám nevadí, že výhľad je len na okolité panelové domy a balkóny oproti, kde vidíte do tanierov vašich susedov. Na stole v kuchyni vás počká uvítací košík od majiteľky, ktorý obsahuje nejaké džemy, sucháre, cornetto, cukor, 2 kapsule do kávovaru a fľaša vína.

Cons:

V byte určite chýba práčka a mikrovlnka, vystačiť vám musí jedna rolka toaletného papiera a malý kus tekutého mydla v kúpeľni, klimatizácia je len za poplatok 10 eur za deň, bez ohľadu na pomerne vysokú cenu za pobyt. Tieto nedostatky sú znesiteľné, čo sa ale nedá povedať o správaní majiteľky ubytovania, pani Antonelly, ktorá napriek dohodnutému neskorému check-inu pri príchode a ďalšom mojom polhodinovom meškaní bola veľmi nepríjemná, rušila mi telefonické hovory, keď sme sa svojpomocne dostali k ubytovaniu, dostala som prednášku, že takto sa to nerobí, čo som si to dovolila, že ona nás musela čakať, nechala nás stáť na nádvorí s 11-ročným dieťaťom neskoro večer, až keď som si pýtala späť peniaze, že si teda nájdeme niečo iné, keď nás nechce ubytovať, povedala, že peniaze som už zaplatila, a že si môžem robiť, čo chcem, aj odísť. Jej komunikácia bola arogantná a povýšenecká. Až keď som povedala, že idem zavolať carabinierov, tak nás uviedla do bytu. Maximálne nám znepríjemnila pobyt, neprajem nikomu zažiť ten pocit ocitnúť sa uprostred noci s dieťaťom vonku a zažiť takéto správanie od ubytovateľky, nikdy viac by som sa tu neubytovala!

Tengerpart,bolt 5perc sétára. Felszereltség megfelelő és kenyelmes. Terasz mérete óriási, nagyon jól használható.

Cons:

Wc lehuzása macerás volt,elromlott. Minden alkalommal a tartályba kellett nyúlkálni. Hiába jeleztük,nem lett javítva. Ha ezt megcsinálják egy remek szállás.

The host was responsive. The AC in our unit was broken and made for a very hot evening. The host moved us to a new unit

Close to the beach. The unit was clean. The breezy balconies really gave us a nice break from day time heat.

Wonderful but taxi charge was upsetting when we were told it was covered

Every thing was great except that we were told taxi from airport and taxi back to airport on departure was covered but taxi driver charged us €30 to drop us to airport which was a very disappointing end ton what was a great holiday

Super stay, nice clean apartment
Pros:

Host was very nice, informed us of all we needed, apartment have a big balcom on 5. Floor with a littel sea view and the old town, super to be on.
Apartment worked fine for me in wheelchair, but you need your own toilet chair, and wash your self yoy will have to do the old way, but ok, we was there only 3 nights. No support on the toilet.

Beds are hard, could be better

Much worse than our experience here before.
Pros:

The huge balcony with a sea view is the main added value (on the 5th floor). The location is good. Not too far from the old city centre.

Cons:

No reception in the second half of September - no help, no advice, no existence of a reception service.

Pros:

The apartment (5th floor) had an amazing balcony with a superb view of the sea..
The staff was very kind and flexible with the time for the check-in a big plus as booked on the same day.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn't included but it's an optional to be paid at the check-in.

Central with good local restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Air conditioning if you paid an extra 9 euros a day. Not sure where the tennis court was located!

Pros:

Schönes, geräumiges Apartment in Strandnähe. Sehr schön eingerichtet, großzügige Raumverteilung. Anlage befindet sich inmitten mehrere Hotel-/ Apartementanlagen. Fünf Minuten zum Strand, zwei zum nächsten Supermarkt. Halbe Stunde in die schöne Altstadt (alles zu Fuß).

Tres grand appart a deux pas de la plage municipale Beaucoup de moyennes surfaces pour les courses dans le quartier A 20 mn du magnifique centre ville historique a voir absolument
Parking ferme Dommage la clim est en option: une heresie en Sardaigne au vu des températures caniculaires
La plage a 300m ou qq chose du genre Mais en grande partie privatisée, le grabd dada dzs sardes, et il faut bien le dire assez moche: le bord de plage est recouvert de sorte de pelure de cocotier et autres Ca ne fait pas trop envie Preferer des plages a 15 mn en voiture Attention meme debut juillet plages blindées de monde avec un va et vient incessant de vendeurs en tout genre (mais tous gentils et pas insistants)
