Tiszta, hangulatos szoba, remek étterem, nagyon jó wellness. Fürdőköpeny bekészítve a szobában. A személyzet barátságos és segítőkész. Bőséges, választékos reggeli. Visszatérek még, az biztos.

Minden szuper volt. Tisztaság fogadott minket kedves volt a személyzet. A séfet különösen kiemelném mert az ételek nagyon finomak voltak. Bőséges reggeli volt. Visszatérünk ez már biztos. Köszönjük

Dobre miejsce na odpoczynek i regenerację w dłuższej trasie
Pros:

Fajne SPA (basen, sauny, jacuzzi) szlafroki i ręczniki do SPA
Bardzo dobre śniadanie

Cons:

ograniczony zasięg WiFi w pokoju (brak zasięgu!) natomiast przy recepcji zasięg był
długi czas oczekiwania na obsługę w recepcji
labirynt dojścia do pokoju (chyba już ostatni pokój)
miejsca parkingowe - przy hotelu właściwie były 3 miejsca wolne ale inni tak zaparkowali, że nie dało się wjechać! Myślę, że gdyby obsługa zainterweniowała byłaby szansa na korektę. Drugi parking (poza terenem obiektu) duży i wystarczający. Szkoda, że oddzielony słupkami - można byłoby dojechać bez konieczności objeżdżania

Giudizio assolutamente positivo già espresso la settimana scorsa
Pros:

Ottima prima colazione,con ampia possibilità di scelta sia di "dolce" che di salato", posizione dell'hotel " srategica" in quanto a circa un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro storico e a soli 5 minuti con l'auto per raggiungere l' autostrada!

Nagyon kedves, mosolygós, segítőkész mindenki. Minden kérdésünkre kaptunk választ. Minden emeleten van kijelölt dohányzó hely.A reggeli bőséges és nagyon finom. A gyerekek is nagyon jól érezték magukat a wellness részlegben és azon kívül is. A kicsiknek és a nagyoknak is van sok lehetőség a kikapcsolódásra. Örülök hogy rátaláltam a hotelra.

was not going to leave a review, but other travelers should be aware of this situation.
I booked and fully prepaid my stay through Booking.com. I was traveling with my wife and young child. After checking in and staying overnight, the hotel informed me the next morning that they had not received the payment and demanded that I pay again.
Even though I showed them proof of payment and my receipt, they refused to accept it. To avoid further delays, I had to pay a second time.
In the end, I was charged twice for the same stay.
I travel a lot, and this has never happened to me before. The lack of support from both the hotel and the booking platform was very disappointing.
Be careful. I do not recommend this hotel.
