Personnel très sympathique et professionnel
Lits très confortables et chambre bien insonorisée
Parking difficile à trouver et parking sous terrain très difficile d'accès si vous avez une voiture moyenne (on a un scenic).
Déco et mobilier pas du tout moderne.
Tv dans la chambre toute petite.
Pas de repose bagage dans la chambre. On a du poser la valise par terre et ce n'est pas pratique.
La Chambre est bien, Les Serviettes sont de bonnes qualités ; le gel et le shampoing sont de bonnes qualités ; Le petit déjeuner est très bien...
L'emplacement est très pour les piétons puisque les ZFE tuent l'environnement, très difficiles pour circuler...
Le personne était très bien!

Hormis le gardien de nuit les personnes de l'accueil ne sont pas très agréables et assez condescendante
On nous a dit au dernier moment qu'il fallait des bonnets pour accéder au spa. J'avais pas eu cette information maman au préalable et on nous a jamais donné de peignoir car on nous a dit qu'on était pas dans une suite privilège.... On nous a même pas proposer un supplément pour qu'on puisse organiser ou qu'on était en maillot de bain à déambuler dans les couloirs pas très classe...

Le personnel très accueillant et réactif, la propreté de l’établissement et le calme/confort de la literie, l’emplacement pour découvrir la ville.
C’est dommage que vous ne mettez pas à disposition des tongs pour la piscine et des peignoirs pour le Hammam. Ce serait plus complet en terme d’équipement.
the location and the big room; very good value for money
The restaurant has weird pricing packages or I didn't fully understand it. I booked with half board and was told I had a €18 allowance at dinner. I was also told it covers a starter (all priced €12+ on the menu) and a main (~€20+). So I thought if I order anything more, I would only need to pay for the additional items beyond the starter and the main. But in the end I was charged (total price - €18). The waiter was lovely but only spoke simple English, so I didn't ask questions.
The food was good and I might have misunderstood the rules, but they could have done a better job clarifying it :D
