We would like to inform you that our aquatic area will be exceptionally closed from September 7th to October 5th, inclusive, in order to undergo refreshing and improvement works.

We were received warmly by the lady with the spectacles (morning shift), she was very kind and helpful throughout our stay whenever she was at the reception desk
We enjoyed the hammam and the pool
The room was spacious and cool and family friendly
Breakfast _ the madeleines and pancakes were very good
Location was great, walking distance to the train station, and city centre _ shops near and good food available nearby
Toiletries available and were very good
The room was spacious with a mezzanine, but running water was available only upstairs _
There was a toilet downstairs but had to go upstairs to the bathroom to wash our hands
Drinking water was available only from the bathroom upstairs
Breakfast was good but a bit scattered
There should be a tag for each item being served _ for the cakes, cheese, juice, etc
There should be a modus of operation for the appliances provided
There was no toaster, which for me is a must in a kitchen, especially when sandwiches are being served

Der Pool. Das Hotel schreibt überall, das der Zugang nur mit Badekappe erlaubt sei und man diese am Empfang kaufen könnte. Wir sind zum Glück ohne rein, denn der Bereich war dreckig. Sie Liegen wirkten gebraucht, keine frischen Tücher auffindbar, ein Pflaster am Beckenrand.
