Pros:

Very tidy and good service.

Cons:

The breakfast was over priced and not great deal. The service was self service so again, it wasn't worth the money for the breakfast. Shame.

全体的に綺麗でした。
お風呂のお湯を貯めるときの使い方がよく分からない
表示がわかりにくく壊れてるのかとも思った

Cons:

朝食付きでしたが飲み物がぬるかった(飲んだのはオレンジジュース)コーヒーも淹れてる最中なのか飲めなかった。

Pros:

施設がとても綺麗でした。立地も良く、清潔感がありました。荷物預かりも快く応じてくださいました。

Cons:

荷物預かりの時やチェックインの時に行った会員登録などの手続きにとても時間がかかり不便だと感じました。別のお客様も不満を漏らしていてイライラされていた。また、支配人のような50、60代くらいの男性フロントスタッフの方の対応が冷たかったです。笑顔で対応してくださると東京旅行もより楽しくなったと思います。お仕事でお疲れだとは思いますが、お給料をいただいている以上は快い対応をお願いしたいです。

スタッフの方が、とても親切でした。
福岡からで、少し早く着き、荷物を預かって頂き、時間があったのでロビーで待たせて頂きました。
また、翌日も荷物を預かって頂き、観光が出来て、東京タワー🗼までの道程も、丁寧に教えて頂き、よい思い出になりました。お部屋も清潔でサービスもよく、たいへん満足でした。😄

Cons:

特にはありませんが、私がよく聞いてなかったせいで、部屋番号が、わからずフロアーで聴き直しました。
