Pros:

スタッフの方が、とても親切でした。
福岡からで、少し早く着き、荷物を預かって頂き、時間があったのでロビーで待たせて頂きました。
また、翌日も荷物を預かって頂き、観光が出来て、東京タワー🗼までの道程も、丁寧に教えて頂き、よい思い出になりました。お部屋も清潔でサービスもよく、たいへん満足でした。😄

Cons:

特にはありませんが、私がよく聞いてなかったせいで、部屋番号が、わからずフロアーで聴き直しました。

必要なものは全て揃ってる過ごしやすいビジネスホテルでした。浜松町駅に徒歩で行けるので、空港利用のための前泊にも適していたと思います。

宿泊はとても満足でしたが、朝食が残念すぎる。
Pros:

アパホテル好きですので、出張の際は色々なアパホテルに宿泊しております。相変わらずスタッフ、施設、清潔さ、快適さはとても良かったです。

Cons:

朝食がホテル1F焼肉屋さんでの朝食でした。4種のスープから選ぶものでスープ、サラダ、ごはん、おひたし3種でしたが、おかずになるものが無くご飯が全く進みませんでした。働き盛りのサラリーマンからするととても残念なメニューでした。また、ドリンクも一杯までとの事でこのメニューで朝食代1000円は正直高すぎと感じました。さらに朝の忙しい時間の中、提供される時間も15～20分程と結構待たせれました。コンビニで1000円分買った方が良かったです。

少し、がっかり、何でみんなが使うのか？不思議！
Pros:

冷房や風呂は綺麗で使いやすい

Cons:

フロントで朝食の説明がなく、券も無かったので？？ 頼んであれば、食べなかったので残念だった　説明あった方が親切だと思います
テレビにユーチューブもつながらず
ホテルでの時間がつまらなかった。
特に映画は全くとんちんかんなヤクザ映画そんなの見る人たくさんいます？
今どきユーチューブも見れないテレビにがっかりした　暇だった

駐車場入れたのですが、チェックインの時に、割引チケット渡されず、帰りに、駐車場精算時に、割引の事がわかり、フロントで、もらいました。その際に、名前、部屋番号聞かれ、確認してからでした。チェックインの際もらえていれば、そんな、必要無かったのにと思い、少し気分が、わるくなりました。
