Pros:

リファのヘアアイロン等の貸し出しがあったのが良かったです。
スタッフの方も感じがよくて、近くにコンビ二もあったので不自由な事はなかったです。

Cons:

アメニティの消耗品を下で用意してくれているものが少ない様に感じました。
まぁ…私は自分で持っていましたが…
あと時期的に高かったです。

安くてお得なホテル
Pros:

このお値段で朝食も付いて、サウナも入れるならすごくお得だと思いました。朝食も美味しかったです。
ご飯屋さんがホテルの中にあるのもとても良いなと思いました！
リファのアイロンも借りれるみたいです。

Cons:

エレベーターが来るのが少しだけ遅い感じがしました。
階数が多いのと、一台しかないから仕方ないかなとは思いますが。

仕事での宿泊ならあり
Pros:

出張のため利用させていただきましたが、ちょうど良い規模感で滞在しやすいと思いました。
喫煙者なので、喫煙ルームがあるのも貴重だと思います。

Cons:

天神駅からやや歩きます
歩き慣れているので苦ではなかったのですが、深夜はちょっと近くのクラブ？などもありやや女性1人だと怖く感じるかも

宿泊はしてないのですが。。。
Pros:

親戚が泊まりに来た時に利用させていただきました。実際に泊まっていないので部屋などは分からないのですが、事前に宿泊税など他の支払いを聞きに行った時も快く対応していただいたり、最初の予約時に親戚が泊まる旨をひと言添えた時に、丁寧な返信をいただけたので、安心できました。天神からそう離れていないし（徒歩圏内）、裏手にコンビニもあるのでとても良いと思います。

朝食美味しかったです！
Pros:

サービス、スタッフの対応、朝食などとても良かった。

特に朝食を部屋にも持ち帰れたので、ゆっくり食べられました。
サウナ好きにも良いかと。
ロケーションコンビニも近く、かなり便利です

多少電車の駅から歩きます。
