Excelente atención y ubicación
Pros:

Lo que más me ha gustado del alojamiento ha sido, sin duda, la magnífica atención del personal, siempre amable y atento. También destaca su ubicación, muy cercana a la playa, lo que resulta muy cómodo. Además, el spa es un punto a favor, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar aún más de la estancia.

Cons:

Como aspectos a mejorar, sería recomendable actualizar y modernizar algunas de las instalaciones del hotel. Asimismo, se agradecería una mayor variedad en la oferta gastronómica, especialmente en las comidas, para ofrecer más opciones a los huéspedes.

Átlagos szálloda, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel és fantasztikus személyzettel.
Pros:

A lokáció nagyon jó volt, és a teljes személyzet kedvessége abszolút kiemelkedő. Fantasztikus csapat dolgozik a hotelben.

Cons:

A szobák már régimódi hatásuak, az erkélyen a két napozóágy nagyon koszos volt és fürdésnél a tusolóból mindig rengeteg víz folyt ki.

Très bonne emplacement, à choisir pour la proximité de la plage qui est magnifique

La proximité avec la plage, literie super confortable, les piscines sont chaudes fantastique !!
Animation le soir sympathique
Personnel au top très serviable

Cons:

Le buffet n’était pas top, beaucoup de choix mais pas de qualité, malade à deux reprises en 4 jours ( 2 personnes différentes)
Chambre mal insonorisée, on entend tout

Das Personal ist super! Alle waren sehr höfliich und es herrschte eine schöne Stimmung. Das Buvette ist gut, mein Zimmer war okei.

Sejur frumos in Muro
Pros:

-camera destul de spatioasa, confortabila
-balcon mare, cu sezlonguri si mobilier de terasa, de la balconul-terasa se putea urmari show-ul din fiecare seara
-entertainment show destul de bun, care se incheia la 23:00, deci orele de odihna se respecta.
-piscina mare
-prosoapele de plaja se iau de la receptie, la orice ora.
-locatie aproape de plaja de Muro
-personal foarte prietenos
-restaurant placut amenajat, cu 2 terase afara.
-mancare buna, diversitatea nu era mare, dar mancarea - gustoasa
-parcare privata, contra cost, 11E/noapte, dar se pot gasi locuri de parcare gratuite pe strazile de langa.
-loc pentru fumat special amenajat, deci nu se fumeaza la balcon si nu este deranjant fumul de tigara la terase, la balcon.
-acces relativ rapid cu masina (intre 40-60 min) la toate plajele de pe insula.
-hotel frumos, neaglomerat, raport bun calitate-pret.
-Recomand cu caldura pentru sejur mai mare (noi am stat doar 3 nopti), si cu siguranta zona de Nord a insulei este mult peste zona de Sud (Magaluf, Palmanova)

-in camera era un miros de canalizare
-patul din camera nu era dublu, ci format din 2 single.

Pros:

È stata davvero una fantastica vacanza, io e mio marito ci siamo sentiti accolti fin da subito, staff accogliente partendo dalle reception Lucas e Francesca ci hanno dato un sacco di Consigli utili ed informazioni per il nostro soggiorno. Lo staff del ristorante e del bar tutti super gentili e simpatici. La struttura e ben tenuta pulita , ed accogliente. Ottima posizione proprio su platja de muro, basta attraversare la strada e si è sulla spiaggia, fermata del bus sotto l'hotel. ( Consiglio di noleggiare uno scooter , l'hotel ha il parcheggio uno gratuito e uno a pagamento) Le camere nel complesso sono semplici, funzionali non abbiamo avuto problemi.
Nel complesso davvero tutto ottimo consigliamo vivamente.

Pros:

Super Lage, 100m vom Strand. Tolles Personal, sehr freundlich. Essen war gut, da ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind altmodisch. Das Doppelbett hat zwei Matratzen die immer auseinander gehen. Eine leere Minibar (nur 2 Wasser). Ein alter schwacher Föhn. Alte langweilige Poolanlage. Abendprogramm eher klein gehalten und nicht sehr unterhaltsam. Getränke musste man extra bezahlen beim Abendessen. Kaution hinterlegen für Handtücher. 5 Euro am Tag Miete bezahlen für den Safe im Zimmer.

Uma escolha segura
Pros:

O hotel está na praia, é só atravessar a rua. Os funcionários são muito bons, muito simpáticos, és tratado como familia. A insonorização do quarto é muito boa.

Cons:

A comida tem pouca variedade, acho que é o ponto fraco, e claramente algo a melhorar.
A porta da casa de banho transparente não me pareceu que fizesse qualquer sentido.

Svært hyggelig og imøtekommende personale i resepsjon, frokostsalen, baren og renholdspersonalet.
Pros:

Aircondition fungerte veldig bra. Varmt vann i dusjen. Variert, ryddig og deilig frokost. Veldig god hygiene alle steder. Utrolig god smoothie i baren/loungen og god lunsjmeny! Hyggelig, hurtigarbeidende personale alle steder.

Das Zimmer/Bad (Badewanne) vom 09.-11.07. hat uns gut gefallen aber das vom 18.07.-19.07. hat mir noch besser gefallen, weil es dort eine Dusche gab. Da wir nur einmal Frühstück hatten und ich hauptsächlich zum Frühstück Obst, Joghurt und Nüsse esse, hätte ich gerne noch anderes Obst gegessen, z. B. Bananen, Pfirsiche usw. Was ich sehr lecker fand, waren Walnüsse, die gab es aber leider nur als Deko zum Käse :-) der auch von großer Vielfalt und äußerst lecker war. Für uns steht fest, wir werden das Hotel weiter empfehlen und sehr gerne nochmal wiederkommen! Ein großes Lob an das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal! Liebe Grüße aus Hamburg
